What can I say about Sam and his crew. Honesty, professionalism and Quality.
My compressor died on my old AC so I had to replace. I had to re-route the location of the new AC because of its size and it's just amazing how great job they did. They also thought me a lot about my AC system. I had a great time with them. I recommend them 100%.

I had a unit that was over 30 years old and we knew that it would need major repair/replacement when we bought the house a couple of years ago. The system started to give us problems during the heat wave in May and we connected with Sam of I-HVAC through home advisor.

Sam is an owner operator and runs the business himself, he responded almost immediately and diagnosed the problem. He agreed that the system would need replacement and could die at any time but that we could extend the life with a few repairs. About 3 weeks later, the heat pump motor failed completely and Sam made time for me that day.

Because we had him visit a couple of weeks earlier and the system still failed (Not at the fault of I-HVAC but due to the age of the system) Sam offered to deduct the cost of his previous visit from the cost of the new install. We thought that was more than fair and agreed to replace the whole system. We did a review of various manufacturers and he gave us the pros and cons and we found the system that would best fit the needs of our home.

I had asked about the upper levels of the house that received little to no cooling and he explained that this was a design flaw in the vent work and would be difficult to overcome. Sam explained that the newer systems are more efficient do a better job of pushing the air upwards. He was confident that we would have some relief and in the end we are happy with the purchase and install .

One item of note. While dismantling the old system, he identified several major code violations in the wiring that posed as a fire hazard and corrected them. We are thrilled with our new unit and will use I-HVAC solutions going forward.

Sam rebuilt my HVAC 3 years ago when all others were trying to upsell me on new systems. He even worked with my last provider to find warranty info and get replacement parts at lowest cost! Always conscientious about my home, pets and schedule. Sam will take time to explain cause-effect instead of just refilling refrigerant at high cost. Changing behaviors and educating to save me money in the future. 5 stars- awesome!

Sam and Luis did an incredible job! They diagnosed and replaced the control board on my furnace in short order. Very personable and easy to deal with, as well. Great people, who do great work!

Sam is a honest man who I will go to for all my HVAC needs going forward. I had been using angie's list deals w/ bigger name companies in the past, and will never again. Sam is very knowledgeable with great customer service, and does not try to sell you unnecessary things. He pointed out some major issues w/ my HVAC installation, and gave me the information I needed to have the previous company correct their errors.

The solution to our HVAC problem was relatively simple. Sam did not attempt to upcharge us for his services, or sell us a newer HVAC system although our current system is at the end of its useful life. He simply explained what our maintenance options are and what it would cost for a replacement system. We would recommend I-HVAC Solutions without reservations.

Sam fixed my heat pump last month. He was quick, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the part he installed burned out and had to be replaced again. I called Sam last night. He was able to come out this morning and luckily the part was covered by the warranty and there was no charge. Thank you, Sam!

We were stuck--dead a/c after coming home from a trip. Sam came out early the next morning, diagnosed a potential bad problem but did a thorough examination and found we were really the victim of a chipmunk eating a control wire. Seriously!. No attempt to upsell or BS us, he fixed it in minutes and we're back to comfortable living.
