So I met Sam last summer (2020) when my very old AC starting having electrical issues. He came out quickly and realized it wasn’t my AC, it was my electrical power. It ended up being Dominion Power’s problem. Fast forward a few months and it’s time to replace said AC and furnace. I also had problems generally heating and cooling my home. Sam got the job because he presented options, was willing to modify our ductwork, and was willing to do it at a better price. He’s fair, honest, and takes pride in his work. The only downside...he and his crew might work so hard and so long at your house on an install, you may have to buy them dinner. Many thanks to Sam and his team for their hard work and efforts to get my home in working order.

I-HVAC Solutions is the best HVAC service I have ever used! My AC went out in 2019 in August of course. A neighbor recommended I-HVAC and Sam and I’m so glad. The old AC unit needed to be replaced. During his busy hot summer season he was able to get the installation done incredible fast. Fast forward to 2022. No AC or heat and I’m sure it’s a thermostat fix but troubleshooting isn’t working. Long story short, called Sam up and he walked me through everything big and small going on with my HVAC and went above and beyond to make sure my family would be comfortable. Sam is really the most honest businessman. He knows is work and is a skilled professional. If there are options available to you he is very patient in explaining and also with his recommendations. Not pushy at all to try to “up-sell” just wants to make sure you understand your options because he truly wants to build relationships with his customers and respects the decisions/financial commitments that have to be made by homeowners.
