10 stars! Not only are their prices WAY less than the others (I got 6 estimates), their work is impeccable. Greg answered my call and scheduled to come out with short notice. He arrived on time and gave me a quote. He and his crew did such an amazing job on my new AC/Furnace. The name of his company is not a lie. The customer service, great pricing, and work they do is a rarity from what I have seen. Thank you Greg for taking care of my needs so professionally, quickly and especially the amazing work you did on my old brick tudor home.

I called Greg and team after being uncomfortable from a quote from one of the big HVAC companies. What a huge difference. He was honest and upfront about my issues, gave me a very reasonable set of options, and in the end did a great repair job. I could hardly keep my house below 80 degrees when it was hot outside and now the unit has no issue cooling the house. I found him from other reviews and glad I did. He has a customer for as long as I'm in the SLC area.

Been trying to get Greg to come for a month and just give a estimate and look at a couple things on a remodel. Didn't need done right away but he blew me off will have to learn to do it myself or loom elsewhere. Then proceeds to message me telling me I'm this and that. Then tells me he doesn't do remodels but the review right below mine is about a remodel

After weeks without air conditioning and some insanely high quotes from many of the other air conditioning companies in salt lake, Greg at Integrity One gave us a realistic quote that was affordable. They squeezed us in quickly and replaced my entire AC system. They moved the ac system to the back of the house instead of the front. My front yard should have had all kinds of pipes, wires and waste from the old system. They went the extra mile and cleaned up and took care of everything.

I’m very happy we found Integrity One. I almost spent 2k on a repair that wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Luckily I waited until Greg could come out to look. The 4 other companies we had come gave us quotes for repairs that wouldn’t have ended up fixing our problem. These guys should be your first call every time!

It was close to 100 degrees on a Saturday afternoon when my ac condenser capacitor went out and all the HVAC supply stores were already closed. I texted Integrity One and Greg responded in minutes and had the part at very fair price! Super easy to work with and highly recommended. THANK YOU GREG!
