Broke 2 appointments and my husband took time off to meet them. They stopped responding. After soliciting for business from us. Unprofessional.

Without any warning our water heater went out late on Friday afternoon. We thought we would have to go the entire weekend with no hot water, but we called Service Experts just in case. They came right out and saw the problem. Matthew Chard was our Service Technician. He was so kind and thoughtful the entire time he was working. He went out of his way to explain things to use and give us counsel on how we could take better care of our water heater and water softener. He had to redo all of the lines into the water heater which took a lot of work with pipes, fittings, etc. He was thorough, tested everything, and made sure we were in good shape. He even checked the gas valves on our fire places. Matthew did a great job. Would highly recommend him. We were very pleased with our experience with Service Experts.

I hate to ever leave a bad review, but I also don't like to see businesses take advantage of people. I called these guys and the first technician, Luis, tried to upsell me pretty hard. Charged me $450 for a cleaning of my central air unit that took him less than ten minutes in a rain storm. I could have blown the cotton off of the radiator myself for free. Brandon was great and I would recommend him. He told me he wouldn't have charged me for the cleaning because I was having the motor replaced. Glad I didn't do all of the other things Luis said needed to be done. They only get two stars because of Brandon.

I am long-time customer going back to when this shop was called Thompson and Sons Service Experts in 2000. Over the years, they have installed multiple AC and furnaces for me. Jeremy and Mourn installed a new AC unit in my home on 28 May 2020. They were both efficient and respectful and did a great job keeping my house clean during installation. I would highly recommend them!

My shower drain was clogged and Service Experts sent someone the same day I called them. Daren was great about explaining the options, and had the drain fixed quickly. Thanks Daren!

The blower for my furnace wasn't working. Chad came out same day and got it back up and running in just a few minutes. Have had very good response times and experience with this company.

I’ve had them come out twice in the past two years and each time they have charged fairly, and fixed the problem quickly. I enrolled in their maintenance plan because they have impressed me so well

Thank goodness we are now warm again!!!! We had our furnace start having issues and call the service experts... Christian B. Came out and help us get warmed up again... 👍🏼👍🏼

Christian was awesome! Came on a Friday night and got our air conditioner up and working quick and easy.

I have had great service from Aire Serv, and I love the energy saving central air unit I got from them a few years ago.
