Chandrick came to our house on a holiday weekend. Our AC unit was not blowing as hard or cold as it should be. Turns out our coils were frozen solid and he couldn’t give a proper diagnosis until it was thawed. Technician advised us what to do to troubleshoot and to give it 24 hours, if problem not resolved then he will come back next day.

His advice worked and he didn’t charge us a dime! And, again, this was over a holiday weekend! Thank you so much.

Greg was great, had issues with our furnace not staying on. Called and they came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonable price to diagnose & repair. I would definitely recommend!

Greg and Chunk, These guys are the best. My A/C Went out when I was out of town, came home and it was over 89 degrees. Contacted them, they came out the same day got my a/c working and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system. It was well over due my system was over 24yrs old. Very professional explained everything to me. Greg even called me a few days after getting my old system to work to make sure it was still cooling my house until they could come back a week later to Install new HVAC system. The quote they gave me came in thousands less than another quote I got. These guys are very professional and prompt. They will be my #1 and I will be referring them to family and friends. They are honest, friendly, very knowledgeable. I can't say enough, have never had a great experience when it comes to customer service. I called Integrity One for help with my AC. Even though they were booked out two weeks, they managed to squeeze me in between appointments.
Chandrick diagnosed and repaired my AC within 40 minutes. He also gave me tips on how to keep my AC running the best.
I will definitely use Integrity One in the future.

Greg and Chandrick had a great attitude, were punctual, speedy, efficient and overall did a phenomenal job. They were my THIRD HVAC company out to my home. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Greg and his son were awesome! They were able to help us with a duct/vent /fireplace issue with our remodel. A job I was struggling to get anyone else to touch. They were helpful, on time, clean, and HONEST! Greg even helped with an unexpected heater issue that cropped up during the time he was helping us.
