My experience was great! My technician explained everything he was doing and what was causing my issues and how to prevent them in the future. He also presented multiple solutions and worked out what would work best for our budget. We also coordinated to navigated some complicated scheduling shenanigans to get the issue resolved ASAP. Thanks Jose for the painless experience!

Hands down the best. I called the day before Thanksgiving in the morning and they were at my house few hours later. Jose (the technician) checked all the possible things that made my furnace to stop working. He explained to me what he was checking for. He gave me some tips on how to maintain my unit working better. Jose was very professional.

This company used to be great to work with. But this week they've failed to show up to our pre-scheduled appointments THREE different times! When they didn't show up, I kept calling and rescheduling, but they still failed to show up to either of the rescheduled appointments. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My mother's AC went out unexpectedly and during the heat of the summer. The folks were to her house in a couple of short hours, accessed the impact as needing a new AC unit AND a new furnace. The were amazing in terms of turnaround time and were back the next morning to get everything replace and get her house cooled down again. GREAT people to work with, would definitely recommend to anyone with HVAC issues. Thank you APHA!!!!!

I had a water main leak and called Brent and he was able to come out and fix the leak and get us water the same day. They were very professional and got the job done. I would recommend this company.

Jose B. Came out and really went through my whole System determined to properly diagnose my System. I was very impressed by his knowledge and the way he thoroughly went through it. I highly recommends this company. This is the second time I have had them service a System, and both times, they have been honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and got me up and running. Thank you Jose B.

Our ac suddenly went out so we called All Purpose and they sent Jordan out to home. He was very professional, thoroughly looked at my ac, took the time to educate me on my problem and provided multiple options that met my needs. The prices were very reasonable and the whole process was as stress free as possible. Jordan even went the extra mile and helped me put a fence around my ac (at no charge even) I will definitely be calling All Purpose in the future.

DO NOT USE THEM…Pretty sure they went out of business. I used them in the past and it was great, but have been trying to use them again this week and they no-show/no called and when they call me back it’s from a different plumber.
Very unresponsive and frustrating.

Called to request service on dryer vent/ducts. Was told they don’t do that. The person that answered sounded like she was 11 years old and had no idea what a dryer duct is. Great business 🤦🏻‍♀️
