I had Jose from One Stop Heating and Air over to do a yearly tune-up of our furnace. He was efficient, quick, and professional. He not only inspected the system, but he replaced the filter, and checked the house for CO2 and that good heat was coming out of the vents. Something to consider when choosing your HVAC company, look at some of their perks. One Stop offers free yearly tune-ups for their installed systems (heating and air conditioning) for veterans for life! When we needed a new furnace they came out quick to diagnose and give us a quote. The cost was fair and they didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. The equipment was installed quickly after we purchased. Jose has been by to service our equipment several times and he is always very friendly. They communicate really well and are always within the time frame they say they will be.

I called this morning with a broken AC and it being 80 degrees in our house! They got someone out to be today and had the parts with them to fix it!! Troy was very professional and took the time to explain the issue so I knew why he had to replace a part! He was very quick as well!! It only took him about 45 minutes to diagnose and fix the issue!! I can already feel the cool air!!! Thank you!!

Valpak coupon price and the age of my A/C unit made me interested in an A/C tune up service with One Stop. Just need to know how soon the end might be for my 20 yr old unit. Jeff was kind and respectful to me and my A/C unit given the age not to disturb anything as the A/C is still working so far.
Jeff explained what he was going to do for testing, explained the issues of my unit, warning signs to look for in a failing unit, and also explained the new units they can replace with, their efficiency and financing, and also added some information about the furnace given it’s the same age as the A/C. No sales pressure but a gentle reminder that at this age you replace, not fix it. When the time comes to replace, One Stop Heating and Air will be on my mind. I might have to call them back sooner than I’d like to now that I know the warning signs...

Jose was absolutely amazing!! Took a little bit to run the proper tests but he was able to locate the leak, tighten the fittings and provide a truly exceptional experience. He may not be young and physically fit to install but you can’t -outmuscle years of experience. I highly recommend having him at least inspect the work of the younger guys because Jose is on his A-Game. Mahalo Jose..to the office: Jose needs a raise🤙🏾🙏🏽

Vaughn was so helpful and really took the time to show me all of my options. He made me feel so comfortable about going forward with the company and I feel totally taken care of. The installers came the next day bright and early, and Triston and Nick did a super clean and thorough job getting everything installed and cleaning up after themselves. Not to mention they were so friendly and also very comfortable to have in my home. I will always recommend this company to everyone!

Vaughan was amazing! I called One Stop Heating guys this morning after I had a different company out here 3 weeks ago. The other company made me uneasy. They charged me $655 to replace a motor in my furnace. 3 weeks later my furnace isn’t working at all. They were going to charge me more money to come finish the job they didn’t fix before. So I called this wonderful company and Vaughn came out and knew in 3 minutes what the problem was. The other company didn’t replace the right motor. Vaughn was very nice and very knowledgeable about my furnace. He set me up with several options and I chose the option best for me, no pressure and completely professional. They were also out to my house with 2 hours of me calling them where the other company couldn’t make it out until the end of the day. I love supporting family owned local businesses! You always get a much better experience with businesses that actually care about people.
