Jose was fabulous! He was so thorough and explained everything he was doing and spent time teaching me about the functionality of my system and how best to maintain it. 05/05/23 Cole came out today for an AC tune up and he was also great! Very professional and kind.

It’s always stressful when it gets hot and your AC isn’t working. They were able to see me quickly and diagnose and solve the issue same day at a reasonable rate.

I’ve never done annual checks on my unit but I’m considering it now and I will be going with One Stop when I do.

Jose was my tech and he was very thorough through his process and very knowledgeable at everything he did. He filled me in on everything I wanted to know and some, and got to the problem. I've never had a bad experience with "one stop" Thank you!

Update: Cole S. came by today for scheduled maintenance. He was courteous and professional. I was impressed by his knowledge and recommendations. He cleaned the heating and air conditioning units and checked all output levels. Cole was here for about an hour, this checkup was part of my optional yearly maintenance plan.

Kris and Kelly installed my new heating unit, Remy Halo air purification system and new thermostat today. I'm very impressed. The work was expertly installed, fast and they cleaned up afterwards. The new systems were explained to me and set up perfectly. My thanks to Chris M. who came last week and figured out what was wrong with our system and he made recommendations to keep our A/C and heating unit working at optimum efficiency. They have great customer service with text and email notifications, use a thorough check list for work done and employ competent, happy people.

Starting with the phone call—friendly and responsive with the rep. I had planned on getting multiple bids, but after meeting with Vaughn who was respectful, kind and willing to answer all our questions, and with the availability for an install next day, we signed the contract on the spot. Jose was exceptionally professional when he came out to check my furnace. He made sure to keep me abreast of every step he was following and the results of each as he found them.
