We had Jose out to do an AC tune up. We have never had such a great technician. He was kind, thorough, and addressed all of our concerns. He offered clear options to fix our loud compressor and even offered a follow-up from a supervisor if we need any other services. We were blown away. This was a fantastic experience.

All Purpose Heating and Air was very professional and prompt. He arrived earlier to the appointment window, which was great because it was 95 degrees outside and our AC was not working. The technician, Jose, was great, He took his time to explain what was wrong with our AC unit. He did a great job and was extremely pleasant.

All Purpose has been doing maintenance on our heating and air for about a year. When they discovered that the heat exchanger on the furnace was failing, we got bids from other companies but came back to All Purpose for the purchase and installation of the new furnace. Their bid was the lowest and included ongoing maintenance, so I know I won't have to put out much money on the system for quite a while. They've always been prompt, courteous, thorough, and patient about explaining everything to us. And they all wore face masks through the whole process.

Jose arrived promptly. He went right to work- diagnosing my air conditioning problems. He explained how we needed to solve the problem. He was respectful, tidy, and considerate. This was my first time using All Purpose Heating and I definitely recommend them.

I scheduled an AC tuneup and it was great! Jose was extra helpful and even made sure that my furnace was working okay! Very friendly and gave me great tips to maintain our AC! Highly recommend!

I had Brent from All Purpose come out and install a water heater. They did such a great job with installation and responsiveness. I would highly recommend them for a job again.

I'm not sure if the company is still in business, but they do not answer or return any of my calls now, and have failed to show up for an appointment. I had an awesome experience with them up until several months ago (which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one), when they seemed to drop off the map, communication-wise. Hopefully they are still in business and can restore their communication back to the same level of excellence it was at previously.

First company able to respond to call to repair AC on a Saturday. Arrived promptly and fixed the issue. Tech was friendly and helpful. Wife wished they would proactively cover shoes when walking on carpet instead of having to ask.

Received list of additional/optional items for maintenance, but not pressured to pay for them.

Knocked off stars for billing. VERY aggressive bill collecting. After service was told that I would be contacted by billing to receive an invoice as their system just changed and he couldn’t even take payment at the time. He showed me the amount ahead of time, for the service need plus the list of extras. They use a book to show you the pricing, and their members get better pricing. You become a member with repeat service. I think members get regular pricing and fire drills don’t, but what can you do when AC goes out and it’s 95 outside.

Received call Monday asking for credit card for payment. I was at Dr. appointment and said I hadn’t received invoice so they emailed right over and asked if I saw it and I could pay right then. I said I was at an appointment and was asked when it’d be over and if I could call back and pay right after. They felt really desperate to get paid. They called an hour later to follow up, which I didn’t answer. The tech called me the next day about the bill and left a message which just got on my nerves. 30-days is a normal turnaround for bills, or say payment up front. I answered to the “owner” a week later and paid. Said they had tried reaching me several times as if I hurt their feelings? They accept card and everything, they just treat you like your debt is in collections or their family will go hungry without your immediate $500 payment. Just felt tacky Walmart quality service.

Probably would have been five star review if they had way to accept payment on the spot. Undecided if We want to be in their membership program.

These guys were amazing! I feel like they went above and beyond. My ac had froze up and I really didnt know what I needed to do. I called all purpose heating and air and they were able to come out to my house the same day! That in itself I thought was awesome. Brand is the technician that came out for my service call. He was polite , friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me in detail and taught me more about my system that should help me in the future. He looked over my whole system after he had fixed the problem, he pointed out that our water heater and furnace venting was installed incorrectly which could have let to carbon monoxide poisoning or worse. Thank you so much for your help and preventing a possibly disaster from occurring!
