The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because i wasn't a customer. i had a question on Capacitors and the female owner(sorry forgot your name) was able to answer it right away in confidence and she was right! If i discover the job is too much for me, i already know who im calling for service.

What a remarkable and outstanding company!
The technician was very skilled. He was very thorough and communicated well to us what was broken and how it needed to be repaired. The price was very reasonable.

Diaganostic technician lied stated needed new unit. Technician seemed to be using drugs, he argued without reason very odd his disposition.

Had a different company come out. Air conditioner working great.

Had to call Taano one more time, I thought for sure it was the compressor told him it was the compressor he could’ve easily sold me a new compressor and made a lot of money off of me… But the honesty and integrity of monarch holds true one more time, pocket cash for some maintenance work got the flower shop up and running again what an incredible experience working with Taano and Victoria one more time.

Outstanding service from Victoria to the tech. The tech advised my furnace problem immediately, and kept.me posted while waiting for the part. Fully recommend.
