Taano and Victoria are great service experts. When our furnace was getting old, they tested things and find us a great replacement. During the process there was a problem with one of the lines and they kept coming back until it was finally fixed. They serve our group of Networking in a superior way. 👍

Taano arrived within 30 mins from calling Monarch Heating and Air Conditioning. No holidays or emergency fee was charged (I called at 8:30 pm on memorial day). He was respectful, professional, and kind. Will be recommending them to everyone.

This place proves other hvac places cannot rely on just technical skill alone. If so then you get lazy and charge a lot for simple stuff. Monarch values the long term customer and makes sure they put them first and not a quick buck.

Do they cost a little more? Not sure, they seem fair in the prices, but they talk you through everything. He found a simple solution to the problem that another pro wanted to charge us for at 400% more.

They understand the value of business and how to keep in business with good customers that want to call them up next time. His "bedside manner" was warm and informative. He showed us some big issues that may occur in the future not to find ways to gouge us but to show us how to lengthen the life of those parts.

The best thing I can say is I used Google ratings because they were at 5.0 stars and I am adding my 5 star rating to the list right after he left because the experience was so notable.

Monarch's technician Tono was a class act. Courteous and professional, he provided helpful tips and sought to build a relationship with a potential customer instead of being out to make a quick buck.

WOW!! did not even look at my furnace, was told was leaving old one behind because it would not come out with out even looking at it. Several thousand more than every other quote for inferior equipment. He has a 2021 Toyota Tundra that he feels you need to pay for. Does bare minimum for insane profit..
