Monarch Heating and Air Conditioning

I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service, the responsiveness and value we receive from Monarch. They’ve always returned calls and texts within the hour and they make time for urgent calls. We’ve had the AC out and they’ve responded quickly. They’ve even taken phone calls and helped us save a service visit when it wasn’t required. Most recently we hired them to install a gas line for a dryer and they came the next day and squeezed the install in after their scheduled jobs. Most contractors we called were weeks out to get the job done and Monarch came the same day. Taano is amazing technician. I will definitely be using Monarch for all HVAC needs.

After coming to my home in Sugarhouse and working out a verbal quote, to be followed by a formal quote, Victoria called to tell me that they would only allow me to pay by cash, although the majority of their customers pay via credit card (according to her). She explained that they deemed me a risk because I had mentioned in passing that I enjoy using my Chase Sapphire card because I gain points and because it extends the manufacturers warranty (in this case a Carrier AC unit) an extra year on most things. I'm quite certain it isn't legal to discriminate/target one particular customer (much less a minority) in that way based on nothing material, but perhaps it saved me a headache, since she also revealed that they had been sued 4 times in that last two years for shoddy workmanship, and had somehow deemed my desire to pay with a credit card as an indication that I may try to avoid paying for the AC unit?

I've never been more blown away during the course of trying to gain a quote and have something installed in my home.

I guess I'll have central air installed by one of the other 40 professional acting HVAC businesses in the area.

Super well informed to give us a diagnostic and got our heater up and running within mins of stepping through our door. Very grateful for his services.

Tano was professional, friendly and fast. The price was very reasonable. He came to my home at 11:00 pm because my furnace was blowing cold air (less than 30 degrees outside and dropping) he had it repaired quickly and the price was far less than other Hvac cos wanted just to come out. Thank you so much Tano you’re my hero!

Taano is an excellent, knowledgeable professional and easy to work with. He answers questions patiently and is very transparent and fair.
They schedule to come out quicker than any HVAC company I’ve ever worked with or tried to work with.
I originally asked for my furnace to be checked before turning it on this winter. At that time, Taano recommended some preventative maintenance and I took his advice and had the inducer motor replaced.
When my furnace stopped working just a couple months later, they came out next day and did not charge me for cleaning the sensor which fixed the issue.

We will only use Monarch for any of our heating and air needs. Taano is always quick to respond, honest and knowledgeable. We have always felt like Monarch has been fair with prices and incredibly quick to resolve any heating or air needs! Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!

Taano and Victoria came out to my house and were absolutely amazing. They thoroughly explained everything to me about my air conditioning unit and what was wrong with it. They explained all my options and then when I made my decision on what to do, they were prompt in getting the new unit installed. They are amazing.
