    What a great experience I had with MonarchHeatingAndAir. My furnace went out on a Friday afternoon and they came out by 5 pm and had my heat back on by 6. They were so professional and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

    Monarch installed a new natural gas furnace unit with blower that also controlled central air in my 5400 square foot commercial property without a hitch. We went with a WiFi controlled ecobee wall thermostat was n the upgrade and also installed 2 UV lights for any bacteria in the ductwork which had two legs coming off the main plenum. The Carrier brand unit runs today now about 3 years plus later as if it was just installed. With the upgrades that Mr Martinez did for us our gas bill and electric bill paid for the unit and it runs like new. Also came with a 10 year warranty on unit but I know it will last longer!!
    Use Monarch at any level and any cost. Your service will not only be right the first time but maintained like it should be

    Monarch Heating and Air is the best HVAC company around. Taano is so helpful, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Taano came out late to make sure our furnace was working. Highly recommend!

    I need a 10 star option!! We had our water heater spraying water everywhere... Monarch to the rescue! Within 3 hours, we were back in business with a new water heater! Thanks Taano and Victoria... wouldn’t consider anyone else for our HVAC needs!

    I have used this service in the past and been pleased with the personal service. However, I asked for some help with a rental house heater that stopped working at 1030pm when it was below 20 degrees. I understand he couldn't help that late and was probably in bed so he scheduled an appointment for the next day. No problem, but apparently they won't go go to the property until you reply to an appointment text. I talked to the dispatcher over the phone 10 mins before the appt and confirmed over the phone then set my phone down and went to a business meeting. 20 mins later I received this text:

    "It's sad you did this to us you contacted me at 10:30 at night when I was in bed with my family and now you treat us this way it's sad you turned out this way. On top of telling me to bill you for my time. It's sad there people like you out there. And yes there is misspelled words."

    The confirmation was a complete misunderstanding and accident. It was really weird to receive such an emotional personal attack from a company I've used in the past.

    Someone came within hours of us calling, even though it was Saturday. We had been told by another company our furnance had a crack and needed replaced right away. With Monarch he tested our furnace and said everything was ok. He saved us $8000 and from at least several days of not having a heat source.

    Phenomenal service. He came out quickly, answered all of our questions, took the time to explain all of the workings, and had a feeling of warm professionalism. The company does not charge an emergency or holiday fee.

    Be very careful with this company. I asked them to take a look at my AC unit since it wasn't working. They sent a technician out and gave me an estimate to fix it for $1,800. When I asked them to give me a day or two to get a second opinion, they wanted to charge me a $69 dispatch fee. Only problem is, they never mentioned this fee when I called the first time. So when I told them I was reluctant to pay, they made up a fake invoice for $546.00!!!! (see photos for the FAKE invoice) They list: dispatch, diagnosis, consulation, etc. as services provided. Hahahaaa!!!!! WOW!!! I've never seen anything like this. It's shocking to see this kind of dishonesty in business today. I will fight this with everything I've got!! This is absolutely criminal!!!!!! Whatever you do, avoid the hassle of working with this company or pay the price.
