After being without heat for two days and three very cold nights the office found a way to get technicians in and got the heater working again. Thank you! The technicians that were sent were amazing and found a very strange reason for the system to have gone down. It ended up being kind of a "trial and error" project but they got it figured out. Thank goodness for the office personnel and definitely for the technicians.

Simply wow. First off Jason is superb. Super smart and very professional. Handled my Furnace issues without hesitation. Even went above and beyond and fixed an incorrect thermostat setting! Spent the time to explain exactly what the system was looking for (I'm a Auto technician, so I can understand basic HVAC talk. Lol). Replaced a pressure sensor that was faulty and finally. Heat again. Simply amazing. 10/10 would and WILL use again when I replace my system. Thank you so very much.

Just right installed a new furnace for us august 2022. As part of this new furnace, we receive two years maintenance every 6 months. This February was our first one. It was so easy…they contacted me to set an appointment. A good variety of options that worked for our schedule. They showed up on time and explained all they were doing. They were quick and efficient and even brought three new air filters for the furnace. They gave me their checklist and told me everything was running properly. We highly recommend this business. Every employee we come in contact with have been professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

All times that I've called them their response has been very quick. The installation was done within days of signing the contract. Non-emergency service calls have likewise been prompt. My most recent experience was an appointment for a Monday, but they were able to finish the service on the prior Thursday.
Their technicians are polite. Their work is clean.
The only quibble I might have, and this is not enough to lower their rating, is that I was not informed that my new furnace has a bigger footprint. My utility closet is so cramped now. In order for many services to be done, the water heater may have to be completely removed.

I had a Furnace and AC unit that were overdue to be replaced. The furnace was from 1992. I had several companies come out to get their recommendations and a bid. Just Right Heating and Cooling came in a few thousand dollars less than one of their competitors. I had another bid that was less, but it was not an apples to apples comparison as I wanted a modulating system, and that was not what they bid. It was helpful to get several bids, because on a couple of smaller items, like the steam humidifier, it gave me leverage to come to a better price overall. I was working with Lane, and he was very knowledgeable, and he gave me confidence they would do a great job for me, and that he would go to bat for me if there were any problems.
The day of the install, I had Allan and a few other installers working on it. The steam humidifier required 220 power, and they had the know how to wire that in without me having to hire an electrician. They did a great job with that.
Allan does quality work. Not everyone takes pride in their work, but Allan does. When the furnace and AC were installed, it looked like a work of art, with every detail handled with care, and adjustments made to the duct work to get every bit of efficiency out of the system possible.
A few days after the job was done, I realized that though it was a huge improvement over what I had before, and wonderfully quiet, that the house had some structural challenges that needed to be addressed. As the master bedroom was over the garage, the upstairs never cooled off enough unless I set the main floor thermostat unreasonably low.
I consulted with Lane and Allan and we came to the conclusion that
a zone system would solve the problem with the upstairs. Lane did what he said he would do, and he went to bat for me to get a very reasonable bid to put in mechanical dampers.
The real test of a company came next, because my existing home had the duct work running in a way they could not have foreseen. Rather than having the ductwork split by floor, the ducts overlapped floors making it impossible for the mechanical dampers to isolate the upstairs. This was not discovered until the mechanical dampers had already been installed. It was not really anyone’s fault because it is impossible to know beforehand. Now there were parts that had been installed that could not be used elsewhere, and labor that was lost as well. I did not want them to take the all the loss on that, and I did not want to take all the loss either. We came to an agreement to split the difference on about $800 that was lost on parts and labor.
The only zoning solution that would work with my unconventional duct work was a pneumatic system that controls each vent. This solution is really the Cadillac of zone systems. I don’t believe that many companies know how to install them, but these guys do, and they are very knowledgeable. Given the challenges I had run into already, they gave me a very good deal on the pneumatic system. It allows me to run all three floors in my home independently, and it works perfectly. I can’t get over how comfortable my home is now, even my bedroom above the garage. Everyone in my family is thrilled with the difference.
I can’t say enough good things about Lane, Allan, Zach and John. These are the people I interacted with the most. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were meticulous at cleaning up, and I don’t think there is anyone that could have done a better job.
A real test of a company is what they do when things don’t go as planned, and they came through with a price that was more than fair, even generous, and a system that fits my needs perfectly.
