Walter provided absolutely exceptional service. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and what our system needed to work efficiently. Another company told us we needed to replace our entire system. Walter identified issues with our system and was able to get it running better than when it was installed. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.

We bought a new furnace and AC unit from Just Right. If you care about your family, your time, or your home, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

FAMILY: When they installed our new furnace unit, they did not get the ventilation correct, or did not think to check that the ventilation was adequate. We therefore failed the City inspection because our furnace was not venting properly--putting our entire family at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

TIME: As a result of their failures, we have now had to schedule three (3!) separate city inspections as well as several follow up repairs by them. City inspections require you to be home for the entire day! Thus, getting this system fixed and approved has required me to waste nearly a week of my time--all due to the negligence of Just Right.

HOUSE: On the day of the installation of our AC unit, they had to cut away part of our landscaping in order to fit the unit in the yard. This is something they should have told me about and considered when they came and measured and sold me the unit, but I was told nothing until the installers started cutting away our wooden retaining wall to fit the unit in place.

There are lots of good companies out there. Don't make the same mistake with these guys that I did!

Just Right did a great job and installed central air in one day! They did great work and kept my house clean.

I called this company specifically because they can service Trane HVAC. They came out to look at my furnace and almost immediately said it had to be replaced. I asked if it could be serviced and they said it could not, which is weird because Trane is pricey because its serviceable. Nope, they recommended at least a $7000 new unit. Luckily I got a second opinion from an honest company and they were able to come take a look, source the part and fix it all within 4 hours for $1200. The part was most of that cost.

Unless you want a new unit I would stay away from this company for any repairs.

The repairman was very professional and very efficient. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would highly recommend Just Right to anyone

we contacted them on Saturday when our normal company did not have any techs working. We found out later that the service they performed was three times the price that our regular company was.
