After getting quotes from several HVAC companies, we felt like we made the right choice with Just Right. Greg walked us through our options for installing central air and was patient in answering all of our questions. We appreciated his honesty and did not feel like he was trying to upsell us on expensive equipment that we didn't need. Daniel, Jace, and Luke did the installation. Daniel was great about communicating progress and checking in to make sure all of our concerns were addressed.

Daniel was the lead installer for our new furnace. This was a difficult job as the furnace was located in the attic above the garage. He and his apprentice Trey had to go up and down a steep ladder to bring the old furnace down and the new furnace up. I was surprised how quickly the work progressed. Daniel is very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had. He is polite and hard working. After installation he was going thru the final checklist to ensure everything was working. And the furnace went off. With help from a technician, they were able to find the wire that was off. Daniel never gave up, he is very good at his job. Trey also did a great job and never stopped working. Both employees have very good interpersonal skills. We are happy with our new furnace and the installation.

Service tech Kurt was incredibly professional and happy to answer all my questions. He walked me through what to look for if problems arise and tips to prevent wear on my furnace. Even pointed out flaws in how the furnace was installed so I felt vastly more satisfied it'll function better now. Wish his attentiveness was in all more service techs.

I tried to get a bid for a mini split AC unit but they never contacted me. I think I found another business that will do the job. Best wishes for their business going forward. Maybe I can use then in the future for something else.

Daniel and Trey did a great job repairing the furnace in my unit. they fixed pipes that weren’t up to code, showed me how to change the filter and how often to do so in order to prolong the new furnace’s lifespan, and left the place cleaner than it was before. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional (plus they were friendly with my pets!) Would absolutely use their service again. Thanks boys!

Jon did a fine job inspecting and maintaining our two heating units to make sure they operate at peak efficiency. He explained his adjustments in simple understandable terms. He showed the igniters and other components he cleaned and adjusted. Friendly and professional service

Just Right is great. When I needed a new AC system last year, I took bids from several different, highly-rated companies. They were the best bid. I have been really happy with their service and responsiveness. Their dispatch girls have always been friendly and accommodating, even during the times when I haven't been.

I have waited to post this review so as to absorb what happened.
On Tuesday April 11, I had a service person from Just Right do a precseason check up of my central air.
The fellow reported that I was leaking oil and was in need of refrigerant. And that it would be an $1800 job. But given the age of my system , a year from its expiration he said , I should just invest in a new one.
Then to further dismay he said I should replace my furnace. Which had just been inspected by Just Right in the fall and was given an excellent report. As it had a manufacturing alert sent out, he said some years ago. So I said what are we looking at and he said $10-20,000
Well my heart dropped. And I said I would consider this
I contacted H&M on the advice of a friend. The repair person who came called me outside while he had my system opened and reading the refrigerant temperature. He said what did they tell you? I repeated to him whathe said about needing to spend $1800 for more refrigerant but it would be better to get a new system , especially with summer and long waits for service calls.
H&M service person shook his head and said it is running at 43 degrees. You barely need refrigerant. And you have the top of the line system Puron which is Carrier, "I don't know what he is talking about".
So I'll leave my review there. All I can think is one was getting a commission the other straight salary. For me I want a service person in my home not a salesman
