We were in a pretty desperate state with some flooding, we called them in the morning, and they got someone out to our place by noon, and started working by 1pm. By 4:30 they had the pump installed, the pipe layed down and everything cleaned up. The only thing missing was the concrete, but they forgot the tools and will finish tomorrow. They dropped some non-urgent projects to help us, and reassured us that they would not leave until the pump was functional. Our family will be able to sleep tonight without having to worry about flooding, thanks to them. Nate and his team are the best! 100% recommend Skyline!

Skyline has repaired my water heater and installed a new furnace/HVAC system. They’re always responsive and offer competitive pricing. When I moved to a new house and the furnace gave out, Lane came out the same day and got everything up and running in no time. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have attempted to write this review a couple of times and each time seems insufficient to express my gratitude for what has been done for my family. I sincerely apologize for not writing this sooner.

We called for an estimate in early November about our water heater to see what exactly was going on. We were told that our heater was 20 years old and that it won't last much longer. We discussed different options to try to keep it running. Unable to keep my emotions at bay, I broke down. There is just too much stress right now. I apologized and explained that I had a still birth in September of our miracle baby, and that adding a complete new installation if needed, would be hard financially on top of an unexpected early birth. We also thought that the size of our existing heater would be hard to find and we might need to rearrange our laundry room to accommodate a different size. After Nate and Lane made a couple of calls I was told to allow them to look over the weekend to see if the size we needed would be available.

Come Monday morning, my husband received a call that they were on the way to install a water heater that morning! I didn't remember making any plans or giving the go-ahead, but thought they found the right size so we'd have to figure it out- we needed a new one to be safe anyway. Upon arrival, Nate explained that we'd be getting a new water heater and the installation completely FREE! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Again, I broke down in tears. What a blessing these men were to us this year! They will never know how much of a burden they have lifted from us at this very difficult time. Our gratitude for their kindness and generosity can never be fully expressed. We thank you so, so much! Absolutely could not have had a better experience with Skyline! Chase and Nate came to fix a leak from our washer and they were professional, fast, and enjoyable to chat with while we waited for some parts. I highly recommend using Skyline for all your plumbing needs!

Chase and Nate did a great job with our commercial repair. Their bid was far lower than everyone else and it was the best experience I've ever had with any service company.

When SLC temps went from hot to freezing last week, our heater went on the fritz. And with the upcoming forecast, we had lots to worry about. We called around to different servicers, but we also called Skyline--and spoke with Russ. Russ and his team were amazingly engaged, concerned, and made quick room in their schedule for us! And they were marvelous to work with. Lane came out to us the very next morning. He stayed with our puzzle-of-a-boiler-system until he had figured out a temporary solution for us. And through all the puzzle-sorting physical and mental work, Lane was cheerful and friendly, and determined. He was great to work with. We now have scheduled a full tuneup, but until then Lane’s fix is keeping us all very happy, and very warm, and very very relieved! He is an All-Star! Thank you Lane!

Chase and Lane we’re excellent in their expertise at repairing my plumbing. They were on time and friendly along with being informative about their work. I was very impressed with their plumbing skills and their ability to refashion my brickwork and foundation. They were also careful to inform me on what they were doing and showing me the progress they made. I was very satisfied with Skyline Plumbing, and I will definitely call again when necessary.
