Call Climate Services should be your heating and A/C business of choice period! Scott talked with us in their office, came over to our home to assess our situation and came up with a plan ~ then he came back to our home after pondering our situation and came up with an even better plan! We had considered purchasing a new furnace & a/c from the major "Box" store in town that was having a special deal with rebates. Scott was able to not only save us money but we got a furnace, a/c and second furnace we needed for less than the other companies original proposal for a single system! They came out again this spring to make sure everything was working properly. Great people to work with!!!

We had Call Climate install an HVAC system in our 60 + year old home three years ago. It turned out to be pretty hot as they installed the unit in the attic. And they did a beautiful job and we have love the comfort provided by our ac and furnace for these three years. We recently called them again for our favorite little old neighbor whose ac went out. They came that same day and fixed it for her at a very fair price. The company that she had come at first quoted her a huge amount that she couldn't afford. Come to find out, the other company quoted service that was totally unnecessary. We appreciate Call Climate so much for the good work and fair prices and integrity!

When the tech came for our furnace annual maintenance, it was discovered the initial installation had caused a problem. Call went above and beyond to take care of the part without extra cost to us. We find their services timely and professional.

Our furnace failed and fornuately we called Climate Services. Andrew replaced a failed gas valve on our Lennox furnace the same day. We were impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. We were also pleased with the reasonable price. Climate Services is a company you can trust to provide excellent service and value.

We already had a couple of different companies come to look at our AC/Furnace so we had a pretty good idea of what the situation was. Like the others he told us that our 15 yr old Air Conditioner was completely out of freon and that our 25 yr old furnace was extremely inefficient and possible unsafe although CO levels were ok. He gave us options on purchasing new equipment like the others, BUT unlike the others he then said that we owned him $78 for the service call. What? Of course if we bought the new units from them, they would waive the fee. Oh how kind. If he had actually done some service that made our equipment work better that would be one thing, but he didn't. I think they're more interested in just making money than in customer service.

We had Call Climate come out and replace our two heating/air conditioning units, along with all new duct work. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the employees who spent two full days at our home. The units are more efficient and working better than when we built our home 24 years ago.

We called “Call Climate” late on a Friday and Scott Potter took my call. Very professional and new exactly why my furnace would not start up. He arrived early Sat. Fixed my problem and went beyond. I highly recommend them for best price and excellent service.

Purchased new Lennox furnace Fall 2010. May 2017, we were leaving on vacation. Furnace had an error code. Called Call Climate Services, Andrew came to fix our furnace same day! Andrew had come before, he's outstanding and an expert in his field. Customer Service is the best too! Our furnace is still under warranty in 2017! I still can't believe Customer Service sent Andrew the same day! Thank you Call Climate, we will stay with you as long as we're living in Utah.
