    the owner of Call Climate contacted me immediately about my experience with them. He explained that it was a new tech, and he missed the diagnosis. He insisted in refunding my expense even after I declined. Let this review stand, at least, as an example of how this company will handle an upset client. Aside from almost needlessly replacing my entire unit, their service was quick and friendly, and resolution was sought after quickly.

    I called Call Climate services during an urgent hunt to find a technician to diagnose and hopefully fix or temporarily fix my cooling unit that had stopped cooling. the lady who answered was helpful and got someone out to me within an hour, which I thought was flat amazing as everyone else was booked for days, and my home was heating up badly. when the technician arrived, I explained the problem, and that I intended to replace the unit in the future, but needed it working now if that was an option..
    After being with the unit for 10 mins or so, he came to deliver the "bad news" I was told that my compressor was dead, and would not pump freon any longer. also, that I had barely any freon left, and it would be upwards of 900$ just to have it filled, but then its a guessing game if the compressor pump would even pump it. he then proceeded to quote me on a new unit and install, and seemed a bit confused when I didn't just pull the trigger right then... about a half hour later, they called me with offers and further quotes and financing, that I fortunately held off on, even though my home was an oven. A close friend of mine is a master plumber, I began planning to fly him out to install a new unit(because it would still save me over 2000 dollars to fly my friend out to install a new condenser unit.) well, his buddy, who is an Hvac professional, decided that he wanted to come have a look as well just to be sure, telling me that he doesn't trust the info I was given.......
    within 10 minutes of his arrival, my unit was running and cooling my house again for the cost of a new capacitor. (I also paid him well for his time of course.)
    I am sure that the owners of Call Climate Services are good and honest people. (you don't get that many positive reviews online without being that way) but I nearly fell prey to the lies of a technician who painted my unit hopeless, to try and sell me a new one. and then had the front desk lady call to try to seal the deal. HONESTY goes a long way my friends. might want to have a chat with your employee who is using a dire situation, and lies to leverage customers into buying units.

    I've had the people at Call Climate help with my heating and AC needs for years. They are completely honest and fair and they do excellent work. I've used them at my home and business. I've had friends and family members tell me that their furnace or ac went out and the service company they were using had told them they needed a whole new system. I advised them to get a second opinion from Call's and without exception Call's found and fixed the minor problem quickly for thousands of dollars less. I completely trust Call Climate and will continue using them.

    I had another company come and give an estimate on replacing the motor fan on my air conditioner and the other company quoted me $950 just for the motor, capacitor, and labor. We then had Call Climate come out and they did everything for $450, plus they installed a hard start kit, installed a capacitor on our furnace, and did some tune up work on the air conditioner and furnace. They were way better service and much much more affordable than the other place that tried to rip us off. And Call Climate was very upfront and honest with us on the state of both appliances and the best options for the long run. Always will use them in the future instead of other places that have bigger ads.

    I've used Call Climate to put new HVAC systems on 2 of my buildings now. They have responded quickly when I've had questions, the system in my new building is amazing!

    UPDATE, I referred my parents to Call Climate. A week after their service they got a check for 100.00 back with a note that said they had been overcharged for a part they thought was needed but didn't end up being used. What a great company, I highly recommend them.

    I called Call Climate late in the evening. The company that put my 2 year old furnace in would not respond . Scott Call returned my call even offered an electric heater till he could come the next day. He found my furnace had a gas leak and water drawing on the motor. He runs an honest business. I called him because my neighbor highly recommended them. I usually do not post most my opinions but I can only say I highly recommend Call Climate. I will use them in the future.

    We had used another local company, once, and they charged us $1000 dollars to replace a small part on our furnace.
    We next time used Call and they replaced our thermostat for a fraction of that cost.
    When our AC would not run this year we called them. Turned out we had left a part plugged in the wrong way. We were told that the unit was 19 years-old. The life span of an AC unit is 20 years. Anyone else would have told us we needed a new unit. Not Calls. They did a complete service on the unit and it is running great.
    If you want someone you can trust, unlike the other local company we called, trust, and call Call Climate Services.

    Our AC stopped working suddenly in the heat of this summer and Call Climate saved the day! They came quickly and solved the problem at a reasonable price. The technicians were nice and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and will use them again.

    I was very impressed with their response, discussing options, and providing information. We chose to try a temporary solution, which worked well for a couple of years. When we realized it was time and we'd saved enough, we determined to purchase a new furnace. They provided great options, discussed openly and answered all our questions. We comparison shopped and found that they were a great option.
    Installation was scheduled, coordinated very well, and it has been fantastic. They provide superior furnace and customer service. We have been absolutely pleased. We recommend them to anyone.

    This past winter the ignition switch on our Trane furnace went out and the temperature was dropping quickly in our house. I first called the company that installed the furnace and AC systems, and had been servicing them for years. They told us they were sorry, but they couldn’t come until the following week. My sister called Call Climate and told them the situation. The receptionist placed her on a short hold and then came back and said they would send someone right over. That person was the owner. He was so kind and said that all of his technicians were booked solid, but he felt we needed help so he came. He pulled the burnt out ignition switch and drove into Salt Lake City and got a replacement switch and installed it for us. We just used Call Climate to service our Trane AC, and the technician, Scott, was thorough and polite. Excellent people plus excellent service equals an excellent experience.
