Call Climate Services

Call Climate is a great company! Their prices are reasonable and they did an excellent job in a timely manner. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

This company has some of the few people in the state of Utah that really know what they are doing. I own a strip mall and another commercial building, I used to have a really awesome HVAC guru, but since he passed away I had a really hard time finding the right company since there are so many out there. Let me tell you, when I called Scott to fix a unit that would break down every other week, he found that the compressor and other parts that the other people had replaced were not the right parts and that they also had bypassed a circuit just to get it started and get paid. Call Climate Services made sure that we only had to do it once more and it has been a probably more than 5 years now and the unit it still working. When other are too busy to take a new customer, they try to help you ASAP. They have fixed several units for me ever since, they have changed my roof-top unit in my other building, and have also come fix my home furnace. I never have to worry about finding someone I can really trust.

Can I just rave about this company!! WOW! My furnace died on the weekend and I called Scott, the owner, and he came out on personally to service my furnace.

He was so professional and nice. I was amazed at his patience as I asked him question after question about my hot water heater, my water softener, my radiant heating, my filter and more.

I bought my house a year ago and I've never known how to work everything. He took the time to show me how to fix and maintain my systems and did some trouble shooting on some of my other "house issues."

He didn't even charge me for all his expertise and time. I was fully anticipating paying him for his time, but he refused. Luckily, I had some fresh homemade bread and I was able to convince him to at least take a loaf.

I guess what I'm saying is . . . if you need an HVAC guy, Call Climate Services is the way to go! 5 glowing stars. Call them today! And have some fresh bread on hand! ;)

Call Climate is the only Call you need to make; I swear these guys do everything. I happened upon them by fortunate coincidence and now I call them for EVERYTHING! Their service techs show up at the scheduled time in uniforms that look like they are freshly pressed between jobs. These guys are clean cut and professional. I am a bit of a "do it yourselfer" they didn't seem bothered a bit that I picked their brains almost the whole time they were working on my house. Really nice people and quality work at very reasonable prices.

I called this morning after a chilly night. The furnace quit. Call Climate was at my door before 8:30 am and gone by 9:15. They replace a sensor that had failed and reattached the flue vent. They were very kind and very professional and I felt the price was very, very reasonable. I will call again when the need arises.

I had the wonderful opportunity of needing a furnace repair. I called Call Climate one morning and they sent a tech up right away. He diagnosed the situation quickly and was back heating with gas in no time.

They came same-day to check out my AC making a weird noise, fixed it within a few hours, and gave me very useful information about my furnace. Sadly, whoever initially put in the furnace in the home made it too big for the house without enough air flow. They will definitely be putting in a new system when this one wears out.

Call Climate is our go-to company for anything HVAC related. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced.

They have amazing service! They put in a new gas line for a kitchen appliance that had not yet been delivered. When the stove was delivered, the gas line they put in wasn't in the correct spot (through no fault of their own as they were unable to double check placement against the range). They came back and moved the gas line without charging me extra. They were also able to work me into their schedule within a few days, even though it was midwinter and I'm sure they had other pressing service calls to make. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
