I was very happy to be called today and Bradley Digby came out and was able to get my air conditioner working! I was told I was 12th on the waiting list so figured it would be forever but they said they had a cancellation today and could fit me in. yay!!! He was very professional and did a great job!!! Called for service late Friday night of labor day weekend. The technician (Ulysses) was terrific!!! He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and went above and beyond to resolve our cooling issue.

When my inside & outside units were installed IN Oct 2021 there was too much freon put in outside unit. I pray that doesn't cause future problems with my unit. The service man who found the problem and fixed it was very efficient and helpful to me. He answered all my questions and was very nice and patient
