I have used this company in the past to install a new unit. I find them reliable and professional. I was kept informed as to when my technician would arrive and before their arrival, I was sent a text message with a picture of the technician and his experience. This was the first time I received this type of communication. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated this info! Would definitely use again!

Awesome. Came home from being gone 2 weeks & it was 81 degrees in the house. Called Trinity & within an hour a serviceman was here & diagnosed the problem. Ordered parts needed & the next day Andrew showed up & repaired outside & inside unit. Very happy to have a nice cool house once again. Thank you Trinity.
