Air Experts Heating and Air Conditioning

We have been using Air Experts for a few years now. First, it was to repair our old AC unit. Then we eventually had a new unit installed. Zach has always been very patient even when my over analyzing mind asked way too many questions. He truly listens and cares what you are saying even if it has nothing to do with your AC unit. His company has always been honest, affordable, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent. They got someone out same day and ahead of schedule. Casey was a great technician. Will recommend!

I called Air Experts and Leanne who answered the phone was very helpful. I got a text that Randall was on his way and he was here within 30 minutes (I think). He got here and quickly figured out what was wrong. My house is cool again!

Zach is fantastic! He's always very thorough on our maintenance and is very efficient. We trust him completely and know he isn't going to charge us extra or perform any unnecessary repairs. We highly recommend him & his team.

Chris was extremely professional. Took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Did not try to up sell me, which is a big plus for me. I was so pleased with the service that I am having them back to do some duct work. Air Experts is my new Heat and A/C company and if you like being treated fairly they should be yours too.

Extremely hot day, which is pretty common around here. Called in and just a couple hours later they were knocking on my front door. I explained what was happening and about 30 minutes later everything was fixed and my house was cooling down. Great thing was is they noticed my AC unit was still under warranty and the parts were covered. If you have any issues then you should definitely call Air Experts to help you out!!!

Service Technician, Randall Thompson was on time and went about his business if performance check of our Furnace and change out the air filter. He cordial, professional and efficient. He also provided me with an estimate to provide and install an outside surge proctector on our AC Compressor and an inside surge protector on our Furnace Unit. I give both a 5 Star rating.

Chris and team did a full indoor system replacement, including all ductwork, in one day. Very professional and thorough.

Thought I needed AC repair but it turned out to be an electric repair. Randall was very transparent and professional and recommended someone who was able to come out within 30 minutes and get the electrical repair fixed so the AC would work..
