I was impressed with the quick response from this company. The technician arrived very quickly, assessed the problem, and informed us the complete system was shot. We okayed the work to be done. The tech told us it would be Saturday, 25th before he would have all of the equipment available to start work. We agreed with this.

I don't remember how I got Zach's & Air Experts number, but it has been one great experience after another. I had to replace my 20 year old unit in the summer of 2018. He gave me a very reasonable price, helped me find financing and has done the maintenance ever since. His employees are courteous and very professional. AC went out over the 4th of July weekend. Called Air Experts and were at my residence diagnosing my AC within 1 hour. If that's not a testimant to the kind of business and service they offer, then I don't know what else would be. Additionally, the technician was great and honest. I will continue to use then in the future. One more thing to note they are veteran owned and operated and as a veteran my self, that was a big draw in contradicting this company. Not to mention that they came highly recommended from a friend. If you need AC work call Air Experts, you won't be dissapointed.

Zach and his team did a great job getting us back up and running. They came out on a wet and muddy day and didn’t track anything in the house. Kept us informed on what they were doing as well as providing job completion updates while they were here. I have used Air Experts previously and I don’t shop Zach’s quote around town. I trust him to provide a fair price for his work and can count on it being done right with no issues.

i had 2 ac units not working, and a house full of guests. It was Sat of easter weekend at about 5:45. Casey was at my house at about 6:10, He identified the problem of both units, had them both fixed and running in about 45min. Air Experts are my AC go-to company now. I really appreciate it. Thanks!
