They told me I needed another capacitor which would cost 325 and google said the cost of the part was 70 dollar which means there charging me 79 dollars to come out and another 325 to install a part that cost 70 dollars, when I tried to ask Randall what the cost of labor and parts were he was evasive, I mentioned the cost of the part at Home Depot he responded with OK, like he already knew that, and told me I could install it on myself if I would like, the service was terrible and the reviews about them price gouging are accurate.

A response to the owners comments, thank you for replying the way you monitor your reviews shows you really care and I want to thank you for taking the time out to go over my concerns I appreciate it. I would like to say if you could include the 79 dollar charge for someone coming out to the service bill it will lead to a better experience, but I can appreciate the expertise and dedication to the craft that you have I still do think 325 dollars is a bit much for something I could watch a 5 minute YouTube video to do but I understand there’s industry standards for the rate, I’ll improve my survey from 1 star to the 3 stars because of your reply.

Prices are overblown. I got other estimates, didn't tell them what was wrong, and I was quoted much less on each of them. Ended up going with a very experienced technician for half the amount I was quoted. Y'all get three stars only because of Casey. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

I've had them out twice now, and they do great work. They are reasonably priced and quick to show up even after hours on Sunday. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have been very impressed with Air Experts. They installed a new HVAC system for me and every technician who came out has been professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Zach showed up early and found the problem with my AC quickly. He fixed it and didn’t try to push things I don’t really need. He sent suggestions for maintaining the system and was very trustworthy.

After our AC in the attic started leaking water into the ceiling and then in the living room in the middle of the night, I sent an email at 1am and got a prompt reply from Heather at 8:30am the same day. They had someone available that afternoon & Casey showed up on time, was very nice, knowledgeable, and did the work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service and work.

Sammy was very professional and polite. He answered any questions I had and addressed issues that I had pointed out about the system. We signed up for the service plan and it is a very good deal with the two maintenance calls per year included along with discounts to any work that needs to be done. Thanks Air Experts for getting my system ready for our brutal Texas summers!

I cannot rave about my experience with this company and the technician enough. They arrived early on Father’s Day weekend, solved my problem in less than an hour, and were affordable. Fast, friendly service at reasonable rates.

We had another company do our service previously, and they probably weren't here 10 minutes. I doubt they did much of an inspection. Sammy was much better, and got rid of the noise in the return duct as well.
