Amazing experience so far with this Veteran owned and operated buisness! Would highly recommend to friends and family in the area! AC went out and this was the only company that would send a crew out that night. After meeting the "tech" we got to talking and the way he presented himself was professional to say the least! outstanding job! Come to find out this guy was the "OWNER!!" running on-call after hours! Super friendly and made sure that we where taken care of.

Scheduled our first system maintenance with them today 10/7/2020 and we received the txt about the appointment around 30 min before the scheduled time. Tech was on time and very professional seem to hold a high standard for quality of work and service.

Air Experts was top notch. Very professional and fair pricing. Had to get my old ducts replaced. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything.

I highly recommend Air Experts. They were very professional and did a thorough job. Zach was very honest, upfront and very knowledgeable. He also found a mistake the builder made that would have cost us a lot of headaches and money. He even gave us a military discount. If i have anymore issues with my HVAC I will definitely use them again.

We needed an inspection for a home we were purchasing Zach showed up very quickly and his report helped to reveal some major issues that it seems the seller was trying to hide. If it hadn’t been for Zach’s quick and thorough response we might very well been left in a bad situation with over $10,000 worth of repairs once the purchase was complete. I can’t express enough the value he brought to us and how thankful we are for his service.

Best company. if your AC is out just make one phone call everything else with them. BEST owner Zachary. I told him I have 1 year old son, called them 10 am and Zachary find me one of his employee by 12 PM came did a job and my AC is working great now. which took my home warranty 3 days and they did not even bother to call me to tell me that they will about to send someone to fix it for me. home warranty did not care as much as air Express care about his customer. I am extremely satisfied with this company all you need to do pick up your phone and call them, they will handle rest of it. PRICING cheaper than other company.EXTREMLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY. Casey did an excellent job diagnosing a heater problem where the heater would not fire on signal from the thermostat. What first looked like an electrical problem turned out to be a mechanical one. Original installers crimped a condensate drain line that was external to the unit & prevented the unit from draining. It would shut down on high drain level. Casey spotted the problem quickly and resolved this “external-to-the-unit”, builder’s issue quickly. Job well done!

Air Experts did a phenomenal job of coming out and diagnosing the problem we had with our conditioner unit. It was something that could have been an extremely expensive fix if diagnosed wrong but Zach was able to diagnose the real problem that reverted back to my thermostat and not my unit. He was extremely professional and nice throughout his visit and explained to me everything as he went so I understood the problem. Thanks Air Experts!

Response and scheduling was fast after leaving voice mail over the weekend. Kept appt on Monday, identified problem and performed the necessary service and part replacement. Technician, Chris, was personable, well mannered and efficient. The cost was less than expected. Plan to setup a maintenance plan with Air Experts.
