Simmons Heating & Cooling

All the guys over at Simmons Heating and Cooling are genuine hometown people! My dad is disabled and his heater stopped working. He called ETR to try and get it fixed and working. They told him they would be out sometime that day. Well an entire day goes by and they never showed up. The next day they finally came out and said he needed a whole new inside and outside unit. I wanted a second opinion. I heard about Simmons Heating and Cooling and gave them a call. They were out within 30 min of hanging up the phone. Within 15 minutes of them being there they had his house heating just find. Honest, reliable, and fast response company!! I will forever call them first!!

We had no heat and it’s 19 degrees outside with five inches of snow on the ground. Called Simmons and they were willing to brave the elements and come to my home. They were professional, courteous and stayed until my heat had been restored. As I begin to take off my layers of jackets, I am grateful for how efficiently they repaired my unit.

Simmons company are the greatest service you
will you find. My husband and I just bought our home and we had air conditioning problems. We knew no one here. So I got online and found 2 Cool brothers air conditioning company. That's what it was called then. Paul the owner and Gary came out the day I called an fixed the air conditioner. They noticed the drip pan was not installed properly needed a pipe to drain the water out of the house. As great as they are they fixed the problem at no extra charges!! They were here day or night every time we needed them. You do not find great people like this any more. If you are having problems with your air conditioning or heat this is the best company in town !!

I had my AC unit stop cooling on Thursday, called Simmons AC and had a technician, Chris, come out Friday morning. Chris, diagnosed the problem, recommended 3 solutions and a time line when each could be done. Chris is a professional, courteous, and very competent person. I recommend SimonsAC highly. 10 stars

Chris was excellent. Came out to the house very quickly. I knew that I was going to need a new system before he got here he did not try to upsell me or talk me into anything. The process was smooth and great. The install guys did a good job. Would recommend.

During the recent polar vortex that hit Texas (that dropped temperatures to sub-zero) our heater stopped working. I called Simmons, they arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and at a very reasonable price. This company is great!

Simmons has always responded quickly and been a trustworthy provider. They came out on a Holiday and since they found my problem was a fifty cent thermocoupler, they charged next to nothing- in the heat of summer. I have used them 14 years and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used Simmons for over 20 years. They put in our New AC unit along with new duct work, and even moved a vent for me. They guys are super nice and work hard. We will be using Simmons for the next 20 years and beyond.
