Simmons Heating & Cooling

Simmons installed a dehumidifier and a halo light for us in late 2020 - the experience was great! From the owners to the employees they are all a great group of people - friendly, professional and on-time. They make you want to be friends with them too! There follow-up on a couple of questions we have had since the installation has been exceptional as well - coming out to check-on things and answer our questions just the same as when we were brand new customer.

We are so thankful to Paul and Chris and James for fixing our Lennox mini split system and the only one that took the time to actually listen to us and fix the problems. This system has never worked correctly from the time it was installed by another company. The guys at Simmons were very nice and also very knowledgeable. We have had at least 5 or 6 other companies here and none of them could fix the unit. So far so good! Thank you guys so much we are very grateful!

Simmons was hands down the best choice! Everyone we had contact with were great. Professional and they took the time to explain everything and to educate us. We asked a lot of random questions dealing with ac while they were installing a vent and they seemed to be annoyed by us. Offered all kinds of advice. Very thankful for them and our cold bedroom!

After purchasing our home last August we discovered many things wrong with our heating and air conditioning. Simmons Heating & Cooling answered our call promptly and corrected all that was wrong within one week. We updated our system, corrected faulty wiring and were given suggestions on how we could improve performance. In the long run, they saved us hundreds of dollars and we are completely satisfied with the results. The team at Simmons was professional and friendly, as they actually cared about our residence and the problems we were having. Without a doubt, the best Heating and Air company I have ever used!!!

Another company told me my outdoor unit was leaking coolant and that's why my indoor coils were freezing up and my system wasn't cooling properly. They wouldn't even consider fixing the issues and said the only option was replacing everything because I have an old system that runs on r22. We're talking THOUSANDS of dollars.

Got a second opinion from Simmons. I had no leak, my coolant was perfectly charged. My outdoor unit was especially dirty and I had a bad capacitor. That's it. I fixed my problem and signed up for a yearly maintenance program because they're honest and all of that still cost me 1/10th what the other guys tried to swindle me for. LOVE SIMMONS.

Simmons was there after our house fire, to get us up and running again! Misfortune struck, yet again, a lightning strike fried our entire system. Simmons worked with our Home Owners insurance and got us approved for a brand new unit, inside and out! They replaced every component in a matter of hours, and had our house cooled to comfortable in a matter of hours! Even better, they upgraded our service to include a heat pump, saving us money for the winter months to come! They were prompt, professional and even :fun as they worked! They exhibited the highest concern to respect our household, cleaning as they worked, and left not a trace of construction behind! They are now our "go to guys".

Installed new AC/Heat Pump last April. Had problem and they covered it all under warranty. Also had AC/Heat Pump installed by someone else cratered and they completely rebuilt that one. Very professional, answered all my questions (patiently) and had us up and running while they were getting parts to permanently fix both units. I highly recommend Simmons and all the folks that I have met working there.
