Just moved into a new home and had some issues. Jonathan was extremely friendly and helpful! Not only did he fix the issues quickly at my property that he could showed me where the breaker box and water shut off valve and gave me tips on what to look out for and how to help minimize future issues after telling him it was my first time in my own place verses an apartment. Would recommend this company, and this technician if you’re trying to get things fixed.

Gary, from Tradition Services, is awesome! He came out a couple of weeks ago. I was not at home at the time, but was kept completely abreast of what was happening all along the way. In no time at all, the issue was resolved. I was impressed with his knowledge, expertise, communication and professionalism. I requested him again when a separate issue arose today. I lucked out and got him a second time. He diagnosed and fixed the most pressing problem ASAP. He put our safety first when assessing the immediate next steps. He knows his stuff. You are in good hands with Gary from Tradition Services. Call on him with confidence.

I bought a new garbage disposal from another store. A month later they hadn't installed it. I then called Tradition services and they installed it within two days. I got a refund from the store for installation and am so happy I went with this company. A++!!

Josh was amazing! He explained the procedure he was performing, was respectful to me and to keeping the work space in my home tidy. He had the issue resolved in a timely manner and gave me helpful info on my pipes. He arrived on time, dressed and spoke professionally. Any future plumbing or a/c issues, I will definitely be calling Tradition again!

Traditional service is fairly priced and their service is top notch. They completely replaced my HVAC system with a new one. The outside system faced a fan noise issue and they did a complimentary fixing.

This is an update to what I thought was a great experience. The wall in the closet got damaged when moving the new water heater in and he took pictures and even said he would have someone come out and take care of it, but years later and it hasn't happened. Only editing now because I finally saw this and decided i should update.

I am renting an apartment and my landlords requested Tradition to come out to my place. When they got to my place, 2 guys spent approx 45 minutes trying to identify why and where water was leaking in my lower bathroom and couldn’t tell me. They recommended me getting a new faucet, although the water wasnt leaking from the faucet. Also, when then sent a quote for installing a faucet, they up-charged the cost of the equipment 3x the amount I found it for online… and added fees for 2 men to repair a 30 min job, at $125 each. After me declining to use their service, they sent me an email with an invoice over a span of 4 months, threatening to send the invoice to a credit collection agency. They pestered me over and over with emails about the invoice. They came out and gave me a quote for rendering absolutely no service to me. I had them come out to identify a water leak, they came out quoted me for a service I didn’t need and couldn’t fully address the issue at hand… PLEASE AVOID this company at all costs, literally. Use yelp, there are plenty great plumbing services that will come and provide a FREE quote and have agents that are competent enough to both identify and solve problems.

THERE ARE A LOT OF GREAT REVIEWS AND MAYBE THE COMPANY DOES HAVE SOME GOOD QUALITIES OR MAYBE SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE GOTTEN OVER ON & WEREN’T PRIVY TO BEING OVERCHARGED FOR REPAIRS 😊

This company and everyone on the team is FANTASTIC. They have fixed several things in our home, and they are quick, organized, fairly priced and very good. I have never had a bad experience either with plumbing or AC services that they have provided. Special kudos to Carter and his crew for an outstanding and quick fix to our post freeze debacle. You made a huge difference in our experience, and thanks to Ted and the office team for being there for us when we needed it the most.

Had Gary out to work on a complete sewage backup. He put in extra effort to make sure there was nothing else he could do to clear the issue and located the root issue doing so. Excellent service, fantastic communication, would strongly recommend his service!

Jonathan was extremely polite and thorough in all he did. I had backup in my new home after being in about a week. Late election 2020 evening it had come in the shower and tub. My builder got a hold of the owner and he sent Jonathan out within a little over an hour. He ran the camera thru the pipes which showed so much stuff further past the house and informed me that it was from the construction work that had gone down the drain. He made me feel confident that it was all taken care of. I will definitely recommend him and will request him when needed. I really appreciate the owner for getting me the perfect guy for the job!
