When our very old hot water heater sprung a leak, we knew who to call and the tech we wanted. Matt came out during the deep freeze and repaired our pipe break. We saw the quality of his work. He was just as prompt and efficient with installing our new tankless water heater. He answered all our questions, arrived on time once he had the heater in hand, and worked all day to get it installed. He even cleaned up some dirty old piping for us.

I spoke with Brandon today on tips of what to do for our frozen pipes and he gave me great advice. I couldn’t locate my water valve in my new house, so I called back. Brandon went out of his way to help me locate it and sent me addition tips for our sprinkler valve. 10/10!

Jesse, the technician, came in and asked me to summarize the issues and he also listened to the work that I explained other technicians had done. Once he assessed and fixed the issue, he explained to me what he had done while showing me as well and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. Very professional and efficient.

I have never seen an individual work so hard. He spent 4 hours at my residence, did the work of 2 persons, never took a break even though it was extremely hot and humid, and was extremely congenial and professional. What a magnificent experience!

The tech that came out yo the the final repairs was very detailed. He explained everything he was going to do to fix our plumbing issue. I would recommend them to everyone I know. If your in need of repairs give them a call. I’m 100 % satisfied.

I called Rinnai for a referral to quote a tankless water heater. I was connected with Tradition Services to give a quote but they charged $70 up front. The technician showed up and said they could not use the Rinnai that I has selected and selected the top of the line offering and gave me a verbal number ball park of $9500!! So I questioned how $2,000 of materials warranted $7500 of labor to run less than 10 ft of gas line and minimal CPVC, a wood frame to install the unit. Also figuring 5 hours of labor, they want $1500 per hour? Needless to say I got a second quote. I wrote back after not receiving a quote and no response. I called back 12 days later and only received a quote after I called to request my money back as I did not get a quote, they sent one.

Just so happens it was yesterday I received a formal written quote from tradition for $9205 at the same time I had a local plumber out installing the tankless system I wanted for $3500.

I still feel cheated for a $70 bid fee for a ridiculously overpriced estimate.

These guys were very professional and was on time. They are very knowledgeable about their craft. They were efficient with removing and replacing of the hot water heater. These guys are my number 1 choice. I highly recommend. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Whoever is driving the van numbered 67 with license plate KMX 7733 is a risk to public health. If you have telemetry in that van I'd recommend you check it. At 3:24PM on 10/25/2021 I watched this van drive up a stretch of Spring Cypress during which time they tailgated numerous other drives, weaving in and out of traffic and speeds well over the speed limit. At one point the driver used a turn only lane to bypass the cars waiting at a light, went straight and cut another driver off to get back over.

This is what you have driving your business vehicles around. This is the impression people are getting when a giant van plastered with your branding.
