If anyone out there is thinking about using comfort makers for your AC repair needs please think twice. In the case you have been assigned this contractor through your home warranty company ask for someone else. These folks took 2 weeks for parts and warranty paperwork. When they finally came home after I had to pay out of pocket for some of the parts they didn’t fix the AC. When calling the office the ladies treat customer like they are entitled and with the less customer service spirit. The ladies in the office don’t know what customer service is. The technician blessed his heart could have easily identified the problem when the unit was not cooling and after two weeks waiting and one more day my unit still is not cooling and on top of that the ladies in the office felt offended and they canceled my work order. DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE !!

Rene was on time, very professional, polite and informative. We appreciated that he went through to trouble shoot and fix the problem and gave us updates along the way. This company was chosen by my home warranty company to fix my broken AC back in July. Initially technician came and said that it bad capaciter. It did not fix problem. Took them a week to come back just to diagnosed again. This time it was compressor. Took another 3 weeks to fix it. We were in Houston heat for about 4 weeks. Now my heating was not working (November). Same company was chosen by my home warranty company. Their technician came today. According to him, pressure pipe was plugged out. It won't come off by itself. Someone must have unhooked it. No one else has touched that unit since they left in July. (I did not need to use heat until now). So clearly this was their technician messing up part which I have to pay now to fix. Stay away as much as you can.

David is the best AC man that we've used of all the AC contractors we've used! Highly recommend this company. David takes the time to explain what's wrong and how it will be repaired. Bravo David, Bravo!!

Beware if using this company through home warranty they will price gouge you on work that home warranty won’t cover, don’t recommend
