AC Texas Cooling & Heating

These guys are great, we where in the market for a new AC system and called about a thousand companies. We spoke with Laci the office lady and she had a tech call me with in seconds of us hanging up. Mickey was awsome, he came out the same day and gave an exceptional break down of all of our operations. We did not end up replacing the system at this time. But will have Mickey out when we are ready. If your looking for excellent service call the guys at AC Texas, tiu won't regret it.

I wanted to write this review because in my opinion great customer service equates to a lasting relationship.
Several months ago I was in the market for an HVAC system when I randomly happened on AC Texas and spoke with Mickey.
He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always willing to answer my questions.
Not knowing much about the AC business; I have to say, every time I called he was never too busy to speak with me and if he couldn’t talk he always called me back in a timely manner. Also he made me feel as though all of my questions were important and deserved a thorough answer.
After many painstaking weeks of doing research and weeding out several companies I narrowed it down to 2 companies one of which was AC Texas.
Unfortunately, based solely on finances; I decided to go with the other company; that’s when I texted Mickey to let him know my decision and he was very kind and thanked me for letting him know and to top it off even after I decided to go with the other company I called him with another question and just like before; he was as kind and willing to help! That type of customer service is truly hard to run across. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with Mickey!
Since then I’ve told several people about AC Texas and Mickey in particular and passed along his information.
You see folks it’s true: at the end of the day people may not remember what you said or what you did but what they’ll never forget is: “how you made them feel”. Thank you Mickey!

Mickey worked with us during hurricane Harvey and remembered our family, though it has been almost two years. He is efficient, professional, and personable. His goal is not simply to get the job accomplished quickly, but correctly. AC Texas is a fantastic company and their employees, like Mickey, set the company far beyond other competitors.

We had an issue with our AC and called AC Texas for a second opinion. Mickey came out and took a look at our system and gave us a very detailed assessment of what was going on with our system. The previous company who will remain nameless, attempted to sale us a new unit with in 5 minutes of looking at the system. They didn't even give us any options on how to repair. We ended up going with a new system with AC Texas to say the least. We appreciated Mickey's patients with us and hlow he broke everything down to be sure we truly understood what we where buying as well as options to repair of we choose. Love these guys I would highly recommend AC Texas for your heating and cooling issues.

Our downstairs AC went out. We called late in the evening and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Mickey came right on time. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what it was. He was very courteous and managed to get us fixed up in the pouring rain. We have always received great service!

Great service. Guys arrived on time as scheduled. We had a somewhat interesting install situation. It was a remodel. Skyler and Nestor worked out solutions and stayed late to complete the job. Work area was cleaned and they went over equipment function before leaving. I definitely recommend ACTexas!

Wow! AC Texas went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Micky for making the process simple. We had other service providers attempt to correct our Ac issues with no success. We are relieved that there is a reputable company like AC Texas that takes their business serious!
