I knew they were the right crew from the start. Mickey was the person who consulted me from the beginning and walked me through options. He saved me $700 and did more work than I was quoted from a company who was already offering a great price. I will be using them again, hopefully not soon. ;0)

I was a Manager in customer service for over 30 years. Rarely do I conduct business and find employees like Mickey who listens and provide accurate and complete information in such a customer friendly manner. He demonstrates a genuine interest in the customer concerns and in my field, he would be considered an OPTIMIZED employee.
I've also interacted with various staff members of this business and the professionalism has been consistent across the board.

Mickey is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, and completely professional. He explains exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done, and we never feel pressured. He always arrives on time, and stays until the job is finished. He’s the best of the best. It is such a relief to find someone we really trust.

Requested, and received, a quote for new A/C's to replace aging units on Monday. Everything is done and installed by Wednesday afternoon. The entire team know what they are doing and I am glad I read reviews before choosing a company to do the work.

When I called in with my questions the receptionist Charlotte was so polite and professional on the phone. She answered all my questions and got my appointment scheduled... They guys came out and did such a great job! Would recommend!

My AC unit was acting up..frozen pipe and no air blowing in one of the zones.Since my AC is has two zones, only one zone was operating. The technician(Jonny), ACTexas Air Conditioning sent to my home was awesome. He used a camara to diagnose the issue. He explained as he went what was being done to revolve the problem. Hopefully I won't have problems again, but will be a calling ACTexas in the future if I do. *****

Prompt service. above expectations. The receptionist called and emailed to confirm appointment time. The serviceman showed up on time, even call ahead to make me aware he was about to arrive.
All the work was done in a timely manner with a reasonable price.

Johnny came into our building at work and saw there was a big issue uptop with our heater. Our heater has been out over a year. With Johnny's help it was working in the next two weeks. Although spring is coming along our air is also blowing snow. Thanks Johnny, you are very friendly and patient!

Mickey was Wonderful! He came in & diagnose the noise, repaired the problem & now my A/C is fixed & I'm worry free!
