Tracy and Kellie are fantastic. This is a company that fits you in their schedule ASAP, shows up on time, and has proven trustworthy in word and deed. I appreciate their customer service, professionalism and integrity, and will be using them again!

I'm sure anyone who has come home to a hot house in Houston knows that it has to be the worst felling ever!! Well this just happened to us, thankfully the temperature is still somewhat bearable and while we weren't completely miserable the idea of not having AC was terrifying. After calling a few different places we decided that we would go with Tracy AC & Heating. Trust me when I tell you that they were not only prompt in arriving but also got my AC up and running much quicker than I ever expected. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their pricing was great. We felt we were treated like family and they took care of our needs.

Best AC company I've ever worked with. After crawling around in the attic for 10 or 15 minutes, the tech found the problem. Something minor that was causing a major issue. He fixed it & gave me some excellent advise for preventative maintenance. All for free. Come to find out the technician was Tracy the owner. Very nice & humble person. I can't recommend him enough.

One of the worst consumer experiences I have ever endured. I was referred to AC and Heating Service by Tracy through Choice Home Warranty. After reporting the claim on Sunday, the technician ("Reggie") finally showed up at my house at 10:30 Tuesday night. He had called at 9:20 to say he was 20 minutes away. After taking 30 minutes to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner and complaining the entire time that his brain wasn't working, he located the part he needed (capacitor) in the back of his unmarked SUV full of junk. He then refused to install the part unless I purchased $450 worth of maintenance (cleaning my coils). When I told him I didn't need the "maintenance" he said that his company knew how long he'd been at my house and he'd have to sell me something or he wouldn't get paid. He dropped the price of the "maintenance" to $175 which I still refused so he drove off without fixing my air conditioner. All of that being said, the woman with whom I spoke on the phone (Kelly) was very polite and accommodating through the entire ordeal.

This is one of those reviews where they say if they could give 6 stars out of 5 they would. Tracy A/C & Heating was contracted through American Home Shield to come fix our A/C when it went out. Despite having to go through AHS, they came out in less than 24 hours. The technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and returned the next day with the parts to fix the problem. All in our total repair took less that 48 hours which means a lot during the summer in Houston.

The best part of the experience, however, was working with Kelly in the main office. She was the consummate professional. You could tell she took her work very seriously. Not only was she extremely helpful with scheduling, but she also went above and beyond in working with AHS to expedite the process since my wife was pregnant at the time. You could also tell she was technically savvy and understood A/C repair, which was helpful during our conversations.

As a licensed Project Manager and engineer, I fully endorse Tracy A/C & Heating . Guaranteed I will sole source our A/C and heating work in the future with them.

I had a very pleasant service call from Tracy AC and Heating on 9/9/2016. Not only did they come out on a Friday evening, but they quickly identified my issue. When it's 85 degrees in your house, ever minute counts! I was impressed by their professional knowledge and and courteous service. My house was cooling down right away and I was thrilled!

Tracy A/C & Heating to the rescue! Friendly, fast and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough! Last weekend, we were as hot as the 4th of July and they took awesome care of us and fixed our A/C.

I was shopping for a new unit & duct work. Kellie & Tracy came out the same day I called. I asked for serval quotes which I was given. I went with the Trane and I'm very happy with it, so quiet. The crew showed up a few minutes early and went right to work. I was told it would be an 8 hour job and they were done in that time frame. They cleaned up everything. I'm enjoying how cold my house gets especially my kitchen. I don't think the duct was working in the kitchen before but it is now burrrrr. Anyway if you need a great A/C company Tracy's A/c & Heating should be the one you call.
