AGES Services Company

This is the company I have been using for the last few years to maintain our AC units both at home and at our office. They have a great team that does a great job.

Quincy was very knowledgeable and repaired enough so that we have heat. He had to order a part to be replaced later. He went over all details and costs very thoroughly. He was a very considerate and respectful young man.

Jake was wonderful to work with. Jake payed attention to details and worked hard to getting the unit up and running and keeping the elderly client in mind to complete the work so they were not without heat.

Maintenance person came out yesterday to do winter maintenance and encountered a problem with the “board”. He (Kade) went back to the office and ordered the part, said a technician would come back today to fix the problem. A technician did come back today, with the part, and installed it. Then, when he returned to finishing the heater maintenance, he (Marcus) encountered a problem connecting the furnace with the thermostat. After working on it for about and hour, another technician (Mark) joined him (I assume at Marcus’s request). They worked on it for at least an hour more and couldn’t resolve it; the heat was working, but not the AC. They called in a third technician, whose name I do not know, and together they resolved the issue: a switch in the thermostat.

I need to let you know what an awesome job these guys did. They were SO persistent and were bound and determined that they were not going to leave me for a second night without AC.

I cannot thank them enough for keeping at it until they resolved the problem, with nothing but my comfort their concern. Thank you for hiring such great workers! This kind of service is rare if not unheard of these days. Please convey my gratitude to them.

Over the past few days I’ve had Ron and Daniel come out to look at my HVAC system. They were both very kind, respectful, and hard-working. They were efficient and did a great job! The dispatch folks are also very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely continue to do business with them!

We have a wonderful experience with Ages and with Roy as our tech! On Monday, he came out and spent an hour doing a consultation and helping to find the problems with our AC. He fixed a small part at no cost and gave us an estimate, knowing our system was on its way out. 3 days later, our AC blew out and We reached out at 6:15am. By 7, we had a call from Roy and by 8:45, we had an install date and time set up. They were professional and helpful and had great communication from start to finish. We will never use another AC service - THANK YOU!

Roy was awesome! Came and gave us some really good information about what we needed to repair on our A/C. Went over several options and got our upstairs working. We already had multiple companies come over and give is a consultation. But AGES Services Company was by far the best. We will be coming back. Thanks again Roy!

We have used AGES for a few years and have always been pleased with their services. The technicians are always prompt, polite, and professional. Today we were visited by Roy who was friendly and extremely tolerant of our outgoing four year old, to the point where I was asked if Roy could come back another day to play! Roy came on time with a call ahead to alert me. He was knowledgeable about the problem and able to get my a/c cooling again very quickly on this emergency, weekend call during a heatwave. He was patient in answering my questions and providing a/c advice. I asked; he has 12 years experience in this field, and I would recommend him and his company which honored my parts & labor warranty and even gave me a 33% discount on my emergency service call fee.

AGES has been an absolutely wonderful company to work with, and the senior technician, Roy F., they sent to us has been nothing but a dream. We would give them 10 stars if we could. We were new to the area and found AGES as highly review and recommended on Google and are so glad we did. Roy has gone above and beyond to help us with any questions we've had as new home owners, and even went out of his way to help me figure out how to turn on our fireplace. They have given us amazing deals and fair prices and worked with us on payment schedules and financing. Scheduling has been a breeze, even when our AC decided to call it quits on us, they came out the next day and had a whole new AC/furnace installed by the weekend. We highly recommend this company and Roy to anyone who's needing HVAC maintenance, repairs, or replacement
