AGES Services Company

AGES (formerly known as Carroll’s Heating and Air) delivers good service. I have had three other companies (big and small) look at my HVAC, AGES is the only one with techs capable of servicing the unit. I will be sticking with them.

Just amazing, friendly, fast, competent service. Roy arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed our A/C drain problem and solved it quickly. Homeowners rest better because of the quality of AGES' service.

I have used this company twice now. Once to add 220 service to my new mini split system, the other to repair some wiring in my home. They were on time, super friendly and pretty reasonable on their fees. I certainly didn't feel price gouged. They are consistent with their professionalism and both repair servicemen were great. Use these guys. You won't regret it.

The tech arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, asked if we had any questions and performed his inspection quickly and thoroughly. He sent us pictures of his test results.

Geoffrey, our AGES technician and the entire AGES team were superb. Their professionalism and knowledge to address and repair our issue was fast, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use the AGES team’s services again.

I started using Ages in January 2020. The service has always been good. When I had a AC unit experience problems they showed up and diagnosed the problem. When I needed a replacement due to the leak the service was performed quickly.

Recently I received solicitations from competitors for replacing my HVAC system. One offered a great price and another was not so great. I gave AGES a chance to provide a quote and they was astonished with the price of the competitor. Roy asked me to give them a chance to match the offer by the competitor. Roy called me back within 30 minutes and said they wanted to match the offer but provide a higher quality product as part of the install. We came to an agreement.

The install came the week of the big freeze of 2021 and Ages wanted to swap out my system regardless of how bad the outside weather was. They laid out all of the protective clothes and cleaned up the space that they occupied. Provided a great service as I had came to expect from them.

Stephanie & Roy are great at Ages and I recommend anyone give them a chance to earn your business. Everyone I have worked with there has been great, Roy & Stephanie have been the primary people I have interacted with besides the installers and service people.

I have 3 HVAC systems for my home and thanks to Ages I now have 2 new HVAC systems and a new AC. My home is comfy and no real problems to report.

Geoffery Sanders was fantastic! He walked us through what the job would entail and was very clear about the process. He installed an outdoor light that did not have a power source already. He had to drill through our exterior stone and install an electric box, run the wires and connect to our indoor light switch. He was meticulous in his work and very tidy. What had the potential of being a big mess he was able to do with minimal damage. Just a bit of drywall patching. So happy with his work. We will definitely work with AGES again in the future.

Roy came out to work on our heater. It was very old and beyond repair. Ages gave us a very fair price. Logan and Roy showed up for the install. They were very safe and clean. They even went out of there way by moving an extremely heavy couch for us. We will tell everyone about them and look forward to our annual maintenance.
