Spectacular company. We’ve owned a few houses, and worked with a lot of HVAC companies. The folks at Coventry & Gattis are the best. We have a large house, and they’ve replaced four of our six units. They’re extremely responsive, and their customer service is top notch. Chris, one of the owners, will respond within minutes. Cedric, one of their technicians, is very knowledgeable and just seems like an overall great guy. You will not find a better or more reliable HVAC company.

Really appreciate Gregg coming out. A larger company wanted to charge me $1,500 plus waiting for parts to come in. Gregg arrived in time, did a simple fix today, and charged me $250. So appreciative!

We have had a long term relationship with Coventry & Gattis. I have never been disappointed with anything they've ever done from bi-annual checkups to a heat pump replacement. They answer all my questions, are fairly priced and know their business. Their prime purpose is to take care of us, not to sell us something.

Coventry & Gattis has been great to deal with since the first time we called. After experiencing the "used car salesman" from a different company, we called them and the experiencing was as far from that as could be. We were given reasonable options with no attempt on up-selling us on something we didn't need. Installation went off without any issues, and we've been using the maintenance package ever since. The service techs that come are always prompt and professional, as well as friendly which is often overlooked in importance. I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Buck is polite, friendly, listens well does a good job and is helpful. So happy to have him return as our service agent.
