All Service Air Conditioning & Heating

I've been without air conditioning for a month and a half. Twice this company sent techs to "fix" the problem by replacing the compressor and twice it has failed to work. Based on the results, the techs seems to lack knowledge and/or experience in this field. I've called every week for follow up and all I got was a "I don't know" response from every person I've spoken to (Lee, Keith, Lauren). Don't get me wrong, each of these people were very courteous. It's a RESOLUTION that I'm seeking. In the middle of 102 degree season, this type of service is absolutely unacceptable!

Hands down the most honest, quick, and responsive AC company I've had service my HVAC. No need to look any further!
Luis went above and beyond to show me what the problem was and how to avoid other companies that may be shady. He was reliable--which is great being that the call was on a weekend--, thorough, and knowledgeable. He also took photis to help describe what was going on. I highly recommend All Service!

It was a short notice service inquiry. but the All Service dispatcher quickly found a technician who could quickly respond. After arriving, the service Associate, Luis, immediately got to work identifying the problem(s). He took his time checking the entire outside and inside system. He took pictures and videos of the areas of concern and with them did a great job explaining everything to me.
. With all information available it was easy to accept his job proposal. Overall, Luis is one of he best A/C technicians we have met. I highly recommend All Service Air Conditioning.

Johnny and Marco were professional and courteous. They took their time checking my ac system and let me know what issues they found. They didn't try to sell me on correcting any of the issues right away but instead have me a quote and their professional opinion on the matter.

In the brutal heat of San Antonio summers, going without air for an hour can be unbearable. Called and James showed up 2 hours later. Diagnosed the issue with the unit within three minutes and had the house cool again within 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very engaging and assisted with a new bi-annual tune-up service plan. HIGHLY recommend calling ALL SERVICE A/C & Heating for your HVAC needs.

My mini-split unit is five years old; during the previous service inspection, it was noted that the blower wheel was in need of cleaning. At that time, I did not opt for the cleaning. Because Dillon ad Tyler read the history notes on my service inspections, they came prepared to clean the blower wheel, in addition to the usual service inspection. I am glad they were prepared because my unit now puts out a noticeable increase in air flow. Dillon and Tyler were courteous, personable and professional. The service tech Luis Martinez was the best. The service was outstanding, excellent knowledge and skills to find the AC issues and correct them promptly at a very reasonable price. The dedication to professional service was the best I have ever experienced. I will all ways call All Service Air for the best service.

Dillon was very professional, friendly, and honest. He was able to find the problem because of checking more than once and ended up saving me money. I’ve had this company’s service in my home two times now and both times they were honest and only fixed what was needed when had they been dishonest they could’ve made more money . I highly recommend this company! It’s wonderful to know that an ethically run business is still around!

Very profesional and honest A/C work. Technician James Sprinkle did a great job on our system and explained everything to us. Replaced our capacitor quickly, while still doing an A1 job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their A/C fix.

Herman and Luis helped me today and were absolutely great. They were kind and respectful of my house and cat. Luis came prepared with all of the information I had asked for and they both answered all of my questions.
