Noticed overnight it was getting colder I the house. Called "On The Way" at 8 am Friday morning day before Christmas Eve. 9:30 am Virgil arrived, diagnosed the problem. Advised he was getting the part picked up by his Boss. Said he had another service call and that he'd be back. By 1:00 pm my system was repaired and working correctly. I felt the price was extremely reasonable.

We were in over our heads with repairing broken pipes on our septic system. They were very quick to respond and worked thoroughly and got it fixed. Will definitely use this company again!

One circuit was out and it took two technicians to find ONE plug that has shorted out and it turned out to be the first plug on the circuit. Four hours with a lunch break and presented me with a $550 bill. Not a great deal.
