We had a pipe freeze and burst on a holiday weekend. They were the only ones who could see us same day, and had everything fixed in an hour. Really exceeded our expectations. I called "ON THE WAY" because my water heater was not working. I checked the circuit and needed someone to do a complete diagnosis. I looked on the internet and found "ON THE WAY" had almost a 5-star rating with over 500 people and that is a great testament for the way the business treats their customers. After some discussion with Kevin, I decided that my old water heater may last a little longer but it is almost 20 years old so I should consider replacing it. Kevin and Jason were very professional and pulled my old water heater and replaced it with a new 50-gallon Bradford White water heater. They inspected both the inlet and outlet, replaced my old drip pan, added new relief valve plumbing, and even insulated my copper lines. IN and OUT in 2 hours. Way to Go "ON THE WAY".

We’ve used this company a few times now. From replacing our old water heater with a tankless system to AC service and replacing sink pipes. We had a nightmare trying to find a company to fix things after we bought our house in League City but On The Way came and fixed all the others mistakes promptly and professionally. We will not use any other company to do AC/plumbing on our house.

From the time I made my first call to the job being completely done was one hour and 10 minutes! The master plumber that arrived said it was all in good timing, but I felt like they were just really trying to help me out as fast as they could since I had water coming out of the faucet in the backyard. I couldn’t ask for a quicker response, wow! I would definitely recommend On The Way and will definitely call them again if any other problems arise!

I've had really good experience with their electricians. When I build my home, my previous electrician left the rough in unfinished. I called On the Way and they came to help me right away. It was a big job and they handled the permit and inspection very well. They took care of it from the start to finish. It was a stress free experience for me. Everyone I met was very polite. When I called them for a small work in my garage, they handled it with care and speed just like a big job.
They are very fair with their pricing. But with the quality of their work, it's a great deal. Their quote was a lot less than other company by 5-10k.
The owners are so nice and honest. They're in business helping others. I rehab homes and I've gone through so many contractors. I never speak highly of any of them but On the Way electricians are exceptional. You'll be glad you call them
