Great company! Very responsive. Scheduled for next day, messaged me to let me know they were coming, they have an app to track location of tech so you are ready. Courteous technician, excellent pricing, and prompt repair. Visual inspection of repair is perfect install. Having them come back to do a full security cam install and was quoted very fair price comparable to other quotes I got.

Spicket pipe was cracked / leaking. Team arrived within the hour to correct. Very professional work and Jason was great. Pricing competitive to other quotes. Highly recommend your services.

I had an amazing experience with on the way plumbing and AC. I spoke with Bailey and she made sure that they came out the very next day. Then Chad text me right away he said he'd be out here by 11:30 on Friday on time very efficient very helpful and I will refer everyone to them.. and will call back if service is needed!!

Your website states "that's why we offer 24/7 services". You should most definitely state that it's a CALL CENTER that is ONLY taking messages. The problem is they tell you a tech will call you shortly. I call at 930pm, yes I know late, but you're website says 24/7. An hour later I call again and the lady says the same thing in which I stopped her and asked her to just be honest. Don't falsely advertise something you don't do. I called EJ and sons last night at 730pm and a technician was here at 9pm and the AC is getting fixed.

Edit: A fake account???? Check your recorded phone calls and please feel free to call me. Most definitely NOT a fake account or person. An apology for not fully explaining your supposed 24/7 service would have sufficed, but you attack customers and make up stories??? Are you serious? What a shame. I called at 931pm and 1034pm on june 12th. Check your records. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL and CHILDISH.

Repiped our 1986 vintage house that had copper pipe embedded in the concrete foundation and it was leaking.

All replaced with PEX.

Happy with the work and price $6500 for three full baths, kitchen sink, bath sinks and wet bar.

On the Way plumbing had three guys at the house working in the project.

Workmanship good.

Only complaint is that they did not show up when they say they will.

I’m a Construction Superintendent for UBH and deal with subcontractors all the time. It keeping commitments. Hot button issue for me.

Said they be there on Wednesday which slipped to Thursday. Supposed to be back on Friday. But did not show up till Tuesday.

I’d hire them again but would be more aggressive with them on keeping to their schedules.

James took out our old sink and replaced it with our new one and a garbage disposal, he was polite , super efficient and made sure to communicate every step! Recommend this business and James! Highly!!

He had to come back to check a small leak, didn’t hesitate to make it here and make sure the job was complete! Again! Highly recommend James and On the way!
