They were able to arrive early and had the project completed almost earlier than their original arrival time.

The price was very fair. They're solid guys.

My husband and I got 3 new outlets in the garage and new led lights in the kitchen. Brandon and Ashton did a great job, above and beyond what we expected and what we had originally planned. They made everything look great too.

Had them come out to give me an estimate for Tankless water heater install. Never heard from them. I called the office to see what is wrong and the lady told me she will check and call me back. NOTHING! Found someone who is interested in making some money. Never again

UPDATE: I called at 7:56 am on Friday January 9th. Your business times are 7:30 - 6… don’t call me a liar and say it was an after hours thing!

After my rant I received an estimate after all. I already hired a different contractor to install.

The tech ran a little late for the appointment, but apologized when he got here and explained that he’d been in a customer’s attic. I felt bad for him since it was a hot day! He fixed my leak, cleaned out my drain and left no mess. He was very engaging and professional. Highly recommend.

Jason showed up on time and was very professional. He showed me what I had done wrong, and educated me on what else I could do to improved my water heater's performance. I will definitely use Jason @ On The Way Plumbing Again!

Chad and his partner came out and helped fix my drain leak in the sink. Great all around guys and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and educated me what they did every step of the way. I will definitely keep them on my list for future incidents. Thanks

Highly recommend this company. Professional. Fast. Accommodating. They did a great job and had us fixed within an hour. Affordable. I originally called ARS for them to tell me they had no one who could come out. OnTheWay was able to not only get someone but was able to get them to my house within 30 mins of my call. He got here at 5pm on the dot and was leaving my house by 5:45pm with all 3 restrooms fully functional. I’m grateful for their service.

I found this company through a neighborhood Facebook page and am so glad I did! I had various jobs (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) that I needed done at my business. I love the fact that I could have one company come out and do all of the work. I’ve had to call a few times, due to coordinating on my end, and every person that has answered my calls has been very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The Guys that have come out have been just as helpful, friendly, efficient and respectful. If I ever need work done in the future I will definitely be calling On The Way!
