I realized our new home warranty for the ac was about to expire this week and wanted to get it checked out before it was too late. Rick got us scheduled and had someone come out the next day. They noticed the blower was growling and encouraged us to take advantage of our warranty and get it fixed.

The process was very streamlined from the texts telling you who was coming and when with their picture to follow up calls and emails. My wife was at home with the kids and felt comfortable and respected. We highly recommend SM Air!

SM Air replaced my hvac system and duct work. David was great to work with, professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The whole crew that worked on the replacement did a great job and explained everything they were doing. Would highly recommend them for all your hvac needs!

I have use San Marcos AC many times and I have NEVER been disappointed. Rick and his crew do an amazing job on fixing my AC units, finding a clogged pipe and more. Most recently Josh the on call tech over The Weeknd spent quite a bit of time here twice, chasing down an electrical problem. Josh was determined to find it which he did and even stay behind and wait until I fixed a broken fuse. He said he wasn’t leaving until we had heat because I have kids. That right there just shows you the level of care he has in making sure the job gets done right. If you are using any other company you probably aren’t getting the same level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend.

Brandin and Joshua were prompt, professional, both had good communication skills between themselves and with me the customer. They were knowledgable and onformative about my issue, the cause, potential solutions and benefits and drawbacks to those solutions. Service was recieved within hours of the call but could vary, their system for notifying me of work crew and work order was easy with little hassle or responsibility for me. They not only solved more than the original issue, but also informed me on how to avoid such issues and tricks to deal with them myself.

Brian came on time. He was nice and professional .
He was very honest. He thought we needed a new part but found the number on back of the part when he took it off. It turned out the ac was working to its capacity. I would definitely use SM air again.

Rhew was here at the beginning of the promised time. He had us up and running in 35 minutes. We called in our problem at 8 am today and he was here a bit after 4 pm. San Marcus Air has provided excellent service and their staff is professional and polite.
