San Marcos air did a great job with our 3 zone mini split. The product works great. The company was very responsive and was able to turn this project from an inquiry to reality in under a week. When there was an issue with the installation aesthetics, SM Air was quick to resolve the issues. The installers were great as well and were very personable. Overall great experience with this company's customer service.

I've used SM air for about three years now and I can't say anything bad about them. They are professional, competitively priced and knowledgeable. Every tech that has come out has always got the job done for me.

They were very polite and clean and showed up on time. They wore booties on their feet while inside our house. When they were done they asked for a broom to sweep the area they had worked in. Their diagnostics uncovered a potential problem with a capacitor that was weak and a contactor that was wearing out and starting to arc. They showed me the old parts as they were removed and explained how everything works. They gave me an estimate for all the work and also broke them out in case we wanted to wait on one or both of them. We were extremely impressed and pleased with their knowledge and SERVICE! We decided to sign up for a preventative maintenance! The AC was working fine but we just wanted to have our system cleaned and serviced, it is cooling so much better ! Will recommend to others!
