SM Air A/C & Heating

James did a great job trouble shooting and explaining the problem. It seems the problem wasn't seen by the first SM tech. Now we have cool.

We have used San Marcos Air for years. They are quick to respond, respectful with consistently excellent communication. Arrived on time and finished on time. we had a.Reme Halo air purifier installed. Looking forward to cleaner air in our home.

Thorough and professional job. Hopefully charging the system with added coolant will resolve our cooling issue. We will know after a recommended followup visit in a couple of months.

We needed a heater repair today and SM came to the rescue! They were out there w/in 3 hrs and remedied the issue. They also did a warranty claim and were able to lower my final cost : ) James again was great and responsive! Thanks y’all!

Very happy with my experience using SM Air. Everyone I spoke with was professional, kind and knowledgeable. The technician was at my house in just a few hours and had my AC back up and running quickly. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future if I have any other issues.

Replaced our AC in the house. Not only we’re they quick, and fairly priced they sent someone out to do a quality check the next day and discovered the drain pan hadn’t been replaced. Rather than just leaving the old one they alerted me and said even though it probably wouldn’t ever be a problem they were going to make sure it was taken care of even though it would be quiet labor intensive. All at no extra charge. Highly highly recommend. So many contractors would have skipped the headache of replacing the pan at this point and just moved on and hope it never got noticed
