SM Air A/C & Heating

This company is AMAZING!!!!! My AC went out and I had 5 other AC companies come out to "inspect" before I found SM Air A/C.

I called SM Air and spoke to CeCe. She was so kind and patient. She listened to my needs and assisted me right away! I got an appointment the same day!

Armando was my tech. He was so professional and kind as well. He took his time and checked every part of my AC. He explained everything to me in detail. He was patient and understanding.

Out of the 5 other companies that I called to "service" my unit, SM Air is the only one that got it right/fixed!! I am so grateful and appreciative for this company. They truly CARE about PEOPLE. My experience with them assured me that this is more than a job to them. It is their passion!

I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family!

David came out to do a site visit before providing an estimate on installing a new compressor/evaporator for our Mini-split A/C system. He was quite knowledgeable and when he was done, I felt confident we were in good hands. Very professional in both his trade and demeanor. Friendly, too!

Armando was awesome! He was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel like they were important even though he probably hears the same questions over and over again. He also took the time to explain the annual maintenance plan which we are in the process of starting. We highly recommend San Marcos Air and Armando!

James did a great job fixing our broken unit and letting us know what to look out for in the future, as well as some basic maintanence tips. Highly recommend these folks!

David makes trusting a "sales guy" easy. Never was there pressure. He was present from the first step to the last. SM Air is an honest, reliable and LOCAL A/C & Heating company. Applause! Applause! Curtis came out to diagnose a couple of issues that have been plaguing our A/C system, and to give everything a general check-up. Although the visit ended with unfortunate news of some imminent component failures, Curtis gave us a thorough rundown of his findings, what was needed, and what to expect. He also quickly got us a quote to consider for those next step repairs. Great experience overall, knowledgeable and honest service, we'll very likely be continuing as planned with SM Air!
