The guys at Dean’s Shop are always very professional and take great care to let me know what work they are completing and any preventative maintenance I can look out for. They arrive on time and are always pleasant to communicate with while they are at the house.

My experience from the beginning of the initial contact over the phone was pleasant, fast and responsive. I received a email to let me know when they where coming, I also got a call from the tech letting me know he was arriving. The tech(wish I could remember his name) arrived in time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and presented to me a variety of options to choose from to repair my air conditioner. The payment process was simple and easy.

We have used Dean's Shop for many years now and have been very happy with the service that we received. Dean's Shop has always been dependable and knowledgeable of every heating and air conditioning problem we have had in our home. I would highly recommend Deans Shop to anyone that is having any issues with a/c or heating. They have always been a very fair company to work with, and dependable companies like this are hard to find.

Any time we have an issue, we only call Dean’s Shop. There’s no need to go elsewhere. Dean’s shop is always on time, very informative and they always get the job done correctly the first time. All the techs that have been out are great guys and know what they are doing. Dean’s shop even takes on the hassles of dealing with our home warranty company for us.

Zero need to go anywhere else.

We had a wedding planned at the house, had spent countless weekends wrapping the oak trees in lights, built a pavilion with lighting, the whole works. The day before the wedding the gcfi blew. ( all was well previously) we got a referral to Deans shop from our neighbor and they came out the next day and took care of us, going as far as working out where things should be plugged to have all the lights working for the wedding. We were so impressed we scheduled an appointment for Walter to come out to give an estimate on a service package. I can’t say enough about this company, they have gone above and beyond. Very fair, very friendly and professional. We will be using them for any future electrical needs.

Our warranty company sent out another HVAC company out to fix our AC. This other company came to our home 3 times over the course of 2 weeks, and were never able to fix it. Our warranty company then sent out Dean’s Shop, I explained the situation to the 2 gentlemen who showed up, and they promised they wouldn’t leave until the AC was fixed. I admit, I was skeptical at 1st because the 1st company had already been out 3 times. However, the two nice men stayed for 2 1/2 hours working in our very hot attic, and fixed the unit. I am very happy with their dedication and professionalism. I wish our warranty company would have called them 1st!

I find Walter Mott and Dean's shop superb for a/c and electrical solutions. Although i do get competitive estimates for due diligence, in the end, I would not hire anyone else. The estimates are always close and I trust Dean's shop to do a good job and be fair with me. Plus, Walt is just a great human!

This fine organization worked with me to install the exact equipment specified, insured that it was properly installed and operating as designed. Maintenance has been performed when requested with personnel arriving as scheduled, executing all tasks in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring that the workspace was as tidy or tidier than when they arrived. All in all, I am quite pleased with all aspects of the purchase, installation, and maintenance of the system that I obtained from them. I highly recommend them to any and all that wish to have a high quality experience as mine.

I am retired. Dean's Shop is definitely the best HVAC and electrical service company I have ever dealt with. All of the staff are positive and professional. They go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. I am very grateful for their hard work and their "get it done" attitude.

The young man was professional and friendly. Was patient enough to show me exactly what went wrong with the unit. And when asked even gave me a few tips and things I myself could check and keep an eye on to hopefully avoid any additional problems with the unit down the road. Thank you for your service.
