Dean's Shop

On time, gave me many options to fit our budget, and was more interested in saving/repairing my old material and system. They sent levels of options, when they said they would. We still have a few phases to go through, so I bay have to update my review. So far, 2 thumbs up!

Deans shop customer service is excellent. They prioritize their customers and do their best to make sure you are happy with their work. I was reminded to get everything in writing, which is always a good idea when dealing with any business. We had a couple hiccups but they did right by us and can be counted upon. Ask for Lindsey.

I have been on the Board of Directors of Redwood Community Center, Inc., dba Centro Esperanza for many years. Dean's Shop has been wonderful about helping us with our needs at the community center. When we first built the center in 2013, they helped us decide what would be the best way to heat and cool our small building. They installed the equipment for us and have kept it going well for 10 years. Minor repairs were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend Dean's Shop. They are a great company to work with.

Don’t expect to have repairs done quickly when parts need to be ordered. There is a waiting time these days from the manufacturer but Deans shop installs as soon as they receive them. And they provide heaters while you wait if you need them.

I called up Dean's to deal with some issues I was having with the venting in the kitchen of the house we just moved into. Tyler was very thorough in assessing the issue and even looked up information about our smoke detector because he thought it might be placed in the wrong location in our house. He helped us figure out a solution that didn't cost us tons of money. We'll also be needing work done installing new lights and updating our electrical panel and I will 100% be calling them again.

Dean's Shop recently installed a new air conditioning and heating system in our home. The installation was installed in one day. The staff were very efficient and careful. We could not be happier with our new system! We have used this company for over 20 years for our heating and cooling needs and give them the highest recommendation. They respond to any problem quickly and are always professional.

Wonderful customer service! Tyler was our repair man and he was very polite. Got the job done quick and efficiently. Not to mention the office staff are wonderful, very nice and polite! Would definitely recommend Dean’s shop to anyone who asks.

I have used this company for many years for my and my mother's homes. They are professional and well educated in different options. They stand by their products and their work. They are always here when they say they will be. They come and evaluate the situation, discuss the options available with you. They then send you the bids for the repair or install you are considering they also include the base and the mid-level not the most expensive but best efficiency for the money, so you can compare up front costs to make the best decision for your family. They have great financing options that are super fast approvals from the comfort of your own home. I have used Dean's shop for almost ten years, they never disappoint!

I have been using Dean’s for years at my property outside San Marcos. They have always treated me fair and have been on time if not early. I highly recommend using them. Walter was so kind today during my service call and made sure my unit was functioning properly before he left.

We finally decided to replace our very OLD air conditioning unit, and our new equipment was ordered and installed in 2 weeks. Tyler came out this morning and everything went great! We really appreciate his help.

Tyler came to our house and was able to diagnose our problem quickly and got us fixed up until our new HVAC system gets here! Ordering our installation package with the office was easy.

Really appreciate Walter and his associate for coming out this morning. They were able to get our a/c unit up and running again within the hour! We have used Dean's Shop a couple of summers ago, and had great service then too. We plan to set up a maintenance service plan with them!
