A plumber with integrity! Excellent service with a speedy response. My situation was quickly assessed and solution choices were presented. The choice was mine without any pressure. I appreciated his honest and fair assessment. The work was done quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them.

Today I had the Water Heater Flush Service. My technician wad superb. The work area was left better than he found it. Work was done with expert care and efficiency. He also checked under my kitchen sink and realigned the plumbing for me. Great man, great service.

Aaron was absolutely great. The communication and responsiveness of Will’s was excellent. Aaron gave me upfront answers to my questions and was honest about the repair. As a result, I opted to get a more permanent fix instead of a ‘’temporary solution’. Candor and honesty are hard to deliver without grace and humility, and Aaron had both. Very happy with the customer service and work performance from Will’s All Pro provided by Joe today!! He did a thorough assessment and walked me through all the possible options to fix my plumbing issue. He did an overall quick check and reassured me that things looked pretty good with the basic plumbing in my home. That really helped me feel better. UPDATE (06/07/2020): As expected, Will’s All Pro Plumbing wins again! Michael came out to perform a water heat flush and inspect the water pressure coming into the home. Everything was great. But it got much better when I was given this as a free service for a reschedule that was due to another emergency job they had. My appointment was just for routine maintenance so I didn’t mind at all. But I was still accommodated with a free service! Shows that this company means business when it comes to the customer service experience! Thank you Michael and thank you again Will’s All Pro Plumbing!

So I've used Will's All Pro for about 3 years. They have regularly serviced my unit and I have been happy to use them for my home up until today. I'm selling my home and a licensed home inspector said that all that needed to be done was to clean the air condenser coils in order to sell my home under my current contract. I quickly called Will's and asked for a quote to clean the coils. They said they needed to charge me a 69 dollar fee just to go out and see what I need. I told them that is unnecessary because I know exactly what I need as it was stated by the inspector. I asked for a simple quote, "I just need the coils cleaned." They put me on hold to talk to a supervisor since I said I would shop elsewhere if they didn't just give me a quote for a straight forward job. When the supervisor got on the phone they said to answer a call to a home for inspection repairs the fee would be $199 before they could verify what needed to be done. So that's how a 3 year returning customer is treated! After I've used them for service on a rolling basis they can't even give me a quote for a straight forward job. Now I'm shopping from out of state and other AC companies are giving me quotes because I have an exact description of what needs to be done. This company charges ridiculous service fees to faithful customers to pad their wallets when the job needed to be done has been defined. I give them 2 stars because their service up to this point has been great, punctual, and professional. But today I felt like they were one of those companies who only give the best service to new customers and not faithful ones. Sorry Will's All Pro, you've lost my business forever.

Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. They send a tech out hours later to the call who was “the closest” and didn’t know how to fix it. Kept giving excuses about the outside temp is the issue. But I’d believe that if our other unit THEY INSTALLED was doing the same. But guess what it is working fine. He leaves telling us to push the unit to its max as we have a warranty, it did nothing. We called to get someone out here and fix it as the whole house down stairs is freezing. And the Manger (who is in Arizona not Texas) tells us he won’t get someone out as they are “busy”. Even Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. Teary just didn’t want to honour customer service and satisfaction on their dime when the unit was only put in a month ago. Faulty products, money theft, and no after care.

Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.

I got home around 11:30PM to find a bedroom and part of the garage flooded. I did a Google search for plumbers but Will's All Pro Plumbing was the only service able to respond to the call at that time, and was able to do so within 30min. They were very courteous and professional. I received text message updates that the technician was on his way, and was provided a photo of the technician and his rating. Benjamin Tracy was quick to assess the whereabouts of the leak and was able to stop the leak promptly. The repair costs also didn't send me into a panic, they were very reasonable for the work that had to be done. They were also affiliated with a restoration business that was able to provide me an estimate to repair the water damage so I could submit the estimate to the insurance company. I highly recommend this business!

Jorge arrived on time and went right to work. It took him no time at all to assess the problems with my dripping shower head and bathroom faucets. The faucets were an easy, quick no-cost fix that he explained what to do to prevent the same problem in the future. He then gave me a written estimate to replace the valve stem in the shower, which I concluded was acceptable, and asked him to go ahead with the repair. Only took him about 20 minutes. Gorge was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I really appreciated the tips he gave me on maintaining my plumbing in good shape. As a side note, the front office was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set up my service call for the next day. Great service from everyone at Will’s All Pro.
