I found John Alestas and his company thru some really good reviews on neighborhood website and sure enough, he has been called 3 times to my home and I will definitely continue to use him for all my electrical needs. Clean, honest and very knowledgeable. I have recommended him to other people as well. He is definitely worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Called Hunter Electric Friday afternoon. Techs were on their way home for the day & weekend. The office reached out to John A. and he agreed to stop by to look at a number of issues. He analyzed all the issues & systematically ran through each fixing them. He was professional and very courteous. So knowledgeable that he inspired confidence. There were wires fixed that had been arcing. A failed GFCI. A failed outdoor plug. A wrong breaker in the main box… And a bad three way switch in the Master Bathroom. He repaired them all the while explaining the problems and fixes for them. Very transparent. All is well now thanks to Hunter Services and John! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I appreciated the confirmation texts, pre-arrival calls, and texts with information on the person who is coming to your house (like legit a mini bio and a tracker). I had some crazy electrical issues that turned out to ultimately require action from CPS Energy to replace one of the big scary wires going to my house, but John Alestas quickly identified the issue, provided guidance on what to do, and assisted me to do so. He also answered a bunch of my questions and later coordinated follow on action to resolve the second order effect the power line issue had on my AC. Then when Michael Dye came out to fix my AC, he was super awesome. Quickly identified the burned out part, explained what he was doing and how he was fixing it (because I was super curious and asked about all the things), and now I'm no longer roasting alive in my home!! He also went on a side quest with me checking on a few other HVAC related concerns I mentioned (since he was already there). Quite a pleasant fella. As was John. I'm sure I'll cry at the cost later and question why any of us lunatics live in Texas where the ambient temperature is set to broil during the summer, but either way, I'm real glad Hunter Group got my electricity and HVAC sorted out.

Excellent experience with John Alestas of the Hunter Service Group. The electrician changed out a bad GFI, rewired the external panel for our water fountain and all plugs/patio lights and rewired the patio ceiling fan to be powered from the wall switch.

Definitely recommend this group! They sent their technician Oscar. He was professional and informative. He took time to educate me on my AC. I really appreciate it since most just do the job and go.

Chris, John, and Colby really helped us out with an emergency maintenance on a Sunday and followed up on the project the following week.

Scheduling was easy, clerical staff were kind and accommodating, and we are able to live without worry now.

Booking an appt. was easy and Kaitlyn was very pleasant. Excellent communication! Received updates on when technician would arrive and received a picture of the technician as well, which was awesome! Colby walked us through the issue and offered preventative maintenance but we did not feel pressured to make those decisions on the spot.
Overall, great service from everyone involved! We HIGHLY recommend Hunter Service Group!

I've used the services from Hunter Service Group a few times and at different locations. They have always performed an excellent job. Alex, the technician that was assigned to these installations for Electrical Vehicles charging stations, was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Always on time and always in communication with me to deliver a great quality service.

Juan was a pleasure to have at our house. He diagnosed our outdoor receptacles and found a solution. After he found issue and gave us 3 options had it fixed in a flash. Will use hunter for all of our projects.

Every aspect of replacing two breaker panels and upgrades was absolutely professionally accomplished by Chris Carker and his assistant Chris Dingus. Chris Carker performed a detailed safety and serviceability inspection explaining every aspect as he conducted the inspection. We developed a game plan, he sourced the parts, and they arrived the next day and superby accomplished all the work in one day. Outstanding assessment and technical expertise combined with attention to detail resulted in a finished project that is second to none!! Hunter Services earned my highest recommendation!!
